Excellent product! Good flavor. This product brought my B12 levels up to normal and previously used other products did not work as well. This liquid is held under your tongue for 30 secs and then swallowed. Simple, quick, and priced appropriate.

This is an incredible supplement for the MTHFR gene mutation
This is a super beneficial product for somebody that has the MTHFRD mutation. I myself have this gene mutation. This was recommended by my naturopath. I have been on it now for a few years and it works incredible. Since taking this, I have been able to gain weight, which I struggled with. I feel like the anxiety I was experiencing has decreased dramatically, and my nervous system system has balanced out a lot. It has also helped with the absorption of food and delivering it to the proper places so that I experience energy. I could keep going on. I highly recommend this. Also, if you have a sensitive stomach like I do this is the perfect product for you. It never upsets my stomach.

Solo he tomado un comprimido y tendré que valorar sus efectos mas adelante pero por ahora puedo decir que los comprimidos se disuelven muy rápido y tienen muy buen sabor, que dado que son formas metiladas y bucodispersables la absorción para los que tomamos medicamentos tipo omeoprazol y tenemos problemas estomacales es inmejorable. Por decir algo negativo es que el producto apenas ocupa 1/4 del envase, podría venir en un envase más acorde a la cantidad de pastillas. Mas adelante valoraré si merece conservar las 5 estrellas por su eficacia.
