This is a beautiful appliance! They really took their time thinking through the design, even the packaging, to create a quality experience from the moment of unpacking to the end of every use. This is food prep at its finest! But first, the practical highlights: 1. It's crazy easy to use! Just add the ingredients, push a button, and 2 minutes later you have fresh, creamy, plant-based milk. Boom. 2. They've also made it as easy as possible to clean: The filter has a built-in device that scrapes off the leftover solids for a quick, mess-free removal. It even comes with a container to store these solids for use in other recipes (I make nut cheese with mine). And it has its own little scrub brush to keep your filter fresh & functional. 3. The finished "milk" product is as thick and creamy as you want it to be; you control the ingredients and the amount of water, and the included recipe book offers tips for making thicker or more foamy milks, standalone drinks, and creamers. Important note: There is still a decent amount of very fine sediment in the final product that you don't get in commercial brands. It's the equivalent to the kind of residue you see in coffee brewed from extra fine-ground beans. This is a trade off we were happy to make to lose the additives and seed oils in even the best store brands. Additional note: They recommend drinking your milk within about 3 days or so. The included pitcher has a lid that's air tight for storage. That said, this is just a pleasure to use. The look and use is clean, with an excellent display and a luxurious feel. I especially appreciate the simple yet informative recipe book: There's a number of flavored milk recipes (so far I've often doubled the extra ingredients in the ones I've tried to get the flavor profile I'm looking for) but even better is the detailed info on various ingredients and their flavors/benefits for making your own recipes. Fantastic! We've adapted the Chai Oatmilk to make a flavorful cashew protein shake. And I've discovered that a tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder adds a surprising amount of creamy flavor without making it chocolate milk. Who knew? If you're committed to cutting out ultra processed ingredients, want delicious, customizable plant-based milk, and/or just delight in making yummy drinks (and plant based cheese!) I definitely recommend!

While this plant milk maker is one of the more expensive, the Nama M1 Nut Milk Maker is worth every penny. Took two minutes and no extra measuring cups or bowls to wash (except 4 cups of water-but don’t have to wash that cup). The pulp left is very dry already and very fine. No nut bag to squeeze or wash. And the milk is yummy and very smooth. And I have never seen anything boxed so well with no styrofoam - only cardboard and three big cloth bags one can use for groceries. came in a big box then 6 smaller boxes, one for each part-including a separate box for the pad to put the pulp on and the cleaning brush. - all decorated with Nama logo and drawings. Obviously I was even impressed with the packaging - everything recyclable. If you make your own nut or seed milk, do not hesitate to purchase this.

Awesome machine! I’ve been debating for a month or two whether I wanted to spend this amount of money for a nut milk machine. I make nut milks weekly with my food processor. Got tired of straining out bags of pulp at the end. Food processor also heated the milk which I didn’t like. And having to set the timer on my phone. The Nama is well built for the purpose. Does all the work for you. Quality blade design. Powerful machine. Quick, simple and clean process! The quality of the product should last for years. 👍👍👍👍👍

I just want to point out that Amazon did not send me the brush that cleans the product, and I intend to call Amazon customer service and request it. Excellent products! I haven’t received any payment from the company NAMA-J — I’m simply a very happy customer. I bought two of their juicers (one for me and one for my daughter), and I make about 15–25 liters of juice every week. The machine does the job perfectly: true cold-pressed juice, powerful performance, and the parts are so easy to clean. Now, the plant milk maker has completely changed my life! With just a push of a button, you get the creamiest, freshest milk — whether it’s made from almonds, oats, or any other nuts. It even comes with a recipe book. And here’s the fun part: the leftover pulp is incredibly dry and perfect for making your own vegan cheese. What more could a mom and grandma ask for? 😂
