I recently purchased this Neck Stretcher with Neck Brace / Cervical Traction Neck Device, and it has honestly made a noticeable difference in my daily comfort. I spend long hours working at a computer, and I was dealing with stiffness and tension in my neck and shoulders. This device is very easy to use. The brace provides good support while the traction gently stretches and decompresses my neck. After just a few sessions, I felt less pressure and improved mobility. I love it. Just be careful using it. I have a bulge in the cervicals. I've heard about decompression therapy..and onsite therapy is probably very good but expensive and I found a neck stretcher together with a cervical traction pillow would work similarly. And it is working! I have improved a lot. Just take it slow, be aware of the temperature of your lips, any numbness or tickling in the area or pain in the jaw. Deflate it slowly and DO NOT move your neck erratically while using the stretcher until it is completely deflated. Also after using it star moving slow and be careful. I felt a lot of pain one of the first times I use it, due to a rapid movement. My husband felt like he was having a heart issue by trying it on for a few seconds so be careful.

Return only because my PT said is too soon for me to use it after neck surgery. Note: The top is not inflatable as it looks on photo.

I purchased this product based on the suggestion of my physcial therapist and the many good reviews that it received. I could not attach the the inflation bulb and brought the whole unit to my appointment. My therapist was able to attach the bulb but we were unable to inflate. She thought the unit in theory was excellent we just couldn't get it to function as promised. Not sure if the one I received is defective or there is a design flaw that we could not get to work.

The relief is instant from my burning, shooting pain, numbness and tingling in my arm due to compressed nerve roots. It's comfortable and soft, and it's pretty self explanatory as far as instructions and assembly.
