This is a GREAT e bike!! It was easy to assemble.ozIt comes mostly put together, it comes with the tools u need to finish putting it together. It's a great looking bike, it's very comfortable to ride, it is a heavy duty built bike, it's easy to learn to ride, great front & back brakes, it's has different settings for higher speeds.It is so quiet. The battery has 2 keys it comes with to remove the battery. The life of battery last a long time. All in all it is a GREAT ebike!!! Our family of three loves it. We bought it for our son's 14th birthday. He was in shock and thought it was a motorcycle when he first seen it. Because it looks like an old school motorcycle. We love you so much we will be purchasing another one.

Design, build quality, packaging, price- all great. Performance on hills is excellent as is battery life. No drawbacks, it's all good.

I bought this bike in late April of 2026. When we first sat on the bike it make a loud squeaking noise. I contact customer support and they took forever to get back to me. When they finally did they asked for a video and I sent it to them the same day. They emailed me back saying that they could hear anything on my video. I recorded my video with my iphone. I've never recorded anything on mute or without sound. It's been a pain to get a refund and its been several weeks now. Be careful. If anything goes wrong its a pain to get any kind of service or refund. Keep in mind, this issue was out of the box. No riding or anything.

My throttle came loose with wire coming out and exposing something white and it is locking breaks and making ride slow after maybe 2 weeks of riding waiting to hear back for an replacement part under there warranty

Very easy to assemble. I did replace the seat with one that has springs for a smoother ride. The one that comes with it was pretty hard and made for a rough ride. The disc brakes are a little weak compared to the rubber shoes that ride the rim. May, 2026 update: Bought in November of ‘25 Can not get more than 18 miles on a charge. I can ride further the that on my peddle bike. Pretty disappointed with this. I have put 275 miles on this bike (according to the odometer) and the rear tire is slick and worn out. I also don’t believe the speedometer and odometer are acute. I use my WAVE app and it shows about 5 mph less speed than the speedometer does.

If the bike squeaks at the point where the frame pivots, it was over tightened by the factory. get a #6 or #8 Allen key and on the left side of the bike back rhe pivot screw out 1/2 a turn, spray silicone or grease and tighten the pivot screw back 1/4 turn. Fun bike, on the bigger side for us 6 foot people although the retrovolt pro is slightly bigger and more powerful with the 52v battery

The welds are most likely done by a robot because they are perfect. Easy to assemble and surprisingly powerful. Rides awesome! Delivered in mint condition by Fed Ex. Sadly I crashed in 3 seconds (don't start in mode 5 by pedaling, use the throttle). It took off way faster than expected which is awesome considering my stupidity. I will be buying a second one soon. A great product!
