I gotta say that I am very surprised by these I’m 310 pounds my height is 5’4 and I take a lot of medications. I have had PCOS for many years as long as I can remember I go times without a period for five months to eight months. I took this within day one I had my period not even joking. It was the weirdest thing I have ever experienced but yet here I am very pleased. I haven’t had any hormone changes, any crying outbursts, or problems down there, I am very shocked. I had my period on day one but then yet again not really shocked because you never know nowadays what’s in stuff and what can cause stuff to happen they are very easy to swallow. They are decent size pretty large, but it’s very easy to swallow and I am normally very scared to swallow large pills but they go down very easily when you do it one at a time there is a taste, but it’s not a bad taste. I can’t really describe it besides not bad I’ve been taking them every day along with my other medication and there hasn’t been any side effects the functionality I’m not really sure how to describe that besides, I really like the container and how easy it is to open and get the pills Out. There is no smell at all, and I can’t really say if they help with sleep or not, but I have noticed that I have been sleeping more, but was someone with PCOS and they don’t have periods for it to happen. Literally on day one shook me straight, shook me. I had this weird stomach feeling like I started to get bloated and then from there I got a couple cramps and it was just midday I went to the bathroom and boom! I couldn’t believe it now I’m not saying this will happen to you or the next girl but I’m hoping it does if you have a problem with having a period with PCOS or anything else might solve issues might not solve issues but all I know is what it’s been happening with me and what happened on day one shook !!! Plus I have to add. I know this is too much information, but I do not take birth control pills at all or any form of birth control, I know they say that it helps regulate your period but I’ve been trying to go as natural as I can, even though it’s very hard to do nowadays when you have to have other medications like controlled substances or antidepressants. I hope this helps and to be honest if you’re a big girl and you have or just have PCOS in general and you’ve been missing periods for an extended amount of time or you’re not on birth control control of some kind and you’re missing periods and you’re not pregnant I really do suggest that you try it Even if it’s just for a month because straight shook when it said side effects start around 3 to 4 months no not with me. I have been dealing with perimenopause symptoms for the past year and a half not really understanding that that is what it was. I finally sought out help from a doctor and had been on hormone replacement therapy at very low doses for about 6 months. It was helping but I was still so tired all….. the time! For example I would sleep for 14 hrs and still be exhausted when I woke up. I barely could function. So I did some research. I realized I could possibly have PCOS. I haven’t been diagnosed but based on my symptoms it most likely is what I have alongside perimenopause. So like any normal over thinker I read ear hex and did more research. I looked at many other brands and came across a Reddit thread where so many people were recommending Flo ovarian support that I decided to check it out and ordered some! At first I really experienced serious headaches while taking it, starting with only one pill. But, since I am prone to hormonal migraines I decided to just treat the headache with some over the counter pain meds up my water intake and stick it out. After about two weeks my body leveled out and I no longer get headaches when I take it and I feel great!!! I just today started increasing the dose to two pills a day to see if it makes a difference and it sure does!!! My best suggestion would be to nitrate the dosage at first and slowly ease it into your routine. Eat it with food. Drink at least 4-5 18oz bottles of water a day. At first I had orange pee, because I was so dehydrated and then the pills were essentially getting excreted out of my body, but once I regularly added more water to my routine along with a liquid in every day in one of the bottles it has helped so much! I still take my hormone replacements but I think that they actually work better now alongside the Flo supplement. I highly recommend this product.

I need to start off with: this is maybe my second review on Amazon ever. This has quite literally changed my life. I have struggle so incredibly bad with PCOS hair on my face to the point I was EPILATING my face every single day. Within 3 days of taking this, I noticed a significant reduction in hair growth - after a month, I can afford to go a couple days without epilating/shaving/etc - it is not a fix-all solution, but WOW. I feel so much more confident walking outside and not worrying about if people are going to see my beard which I was so insecure about as a woman. I don’t love that it’s three big pills, but I would happily do that to maintain the confidence boost.

I’ve been using these since November of 2025, worth the time and money to invest in these. They are flavorless and do not leave a scent behind when you drink it just water or warm coffee/tea like me before I work. I will have to say since I deal with PCOS/PMOS myself, I was honestly only second week my menstrual cycle slowly came back, of course I do have a diet but this has helped me for the first time when managing my food intake , I’ve taken these to help so much for my menstrual cycles. I like I can swallow these without problems. There is no odor or after taste either unlike other woman vitamins or omega 3s that ruin meals later on. For sleeping it’s changed slowly during menstruation weeks where I don’t feel ache to sleep. So I’m gotten better sleep quality at night. Other than that, I don’t recall it even having negative on my digestion.

I bought these for help with perimenopause symptoms and they really do work! When I first started taking them I missed a few days and could really tell a difference. I did have to taper to the full 3 pills though as they made me a little nauseous at first. One thing I do have to say though is for some reason I cannot swallow these pills whole. I am usually fine with taking pills and never have issues but for some reason these always make me gag. Anyway I realized they can be opened and started emptying the powder out on my tongue and chasing it with water and works much better. I also tried mixing them with a tiny amount of water and it doesn’t mix too well but still better than gagging on pills every morning. Overall I am very happy with these!

I cannot say enough good things about this product. My cycle was irregular, especially after my miscarriage and some months I’d have 28 day cycles, others were 36 days, and I even had 49 and 43 day cycles, but I’ve used this product for the past 4 months now and every time, I can expect a 31 day cycle. I feel it regulate my hormones and I’m not experiencing as many mood swings or drastic emotions. I’m a very emotional person in general and feel things deeply, so the added hormones fluctuations I had before were destroying my mental health. I’m now feeling more level minded. I know a lot of women get worried about taking 3 pills at a time but I haven’t struggled too much - pop one pill in, sip of water, another one down the hatch, sip of water, repeat for the last. They don’t really have a taste and the size isn’t horrible. Very easy to swallow when you go one by one! I have been recommending this product to all of my friends, and was pleasantly surprised when I went into my fertility specialists office and the nurse asked me what supplements I was taking. When I told her I was on these, she got really excited and ran to her purse and pulled out the “Flo Uro” ones and said they’ve regulated her cycle as well! The price might seem a little high at a little over $1/dose but the way that it’s worked on my body, it’s worth every penny! (I’ve seen other reviews that mention horrible headaches - I got one bad migraine that lasted a day the first time I took these but I also reminded myself that these are meant to level out your hormones, so you’re going to feel a little shift in your body as these pills work their way through your system. That one-time all-day migraine made sense when I thought about it and was worth enduring for the way I feel now)

I never write reviews. Never. I felt this needs to be said and a warning needs to be put out there. This product landed me in urgent care yesterday. I literally almost finished my first bottle and about a week ago I began to have a constant dull pain in my uterine region. The last three days it was unbearable to the point I had to leave my business and go to urgent care. It never occurred to me that this product was the cause. I have never had unusual periods or cramps or any types of female issues. I bought this hoping to help with premenopausal symptoms. Little did I know I actually harmed myself rather than made myself better. The pain was excruciating. I suffer from a small touch of diverticulitis already. I was having a flare-up but the pain on top of my stomach stayed then moved to my pelvic region. I started to panic and went into the drs because I couldn’t even pick up one leg to put my pants on. I thought the diverticulitis and moved to my lower intestine. I got there and they did x-rays. My actual stomach was a little inflamed but my uterine region looked fine. After a series of questioning I told them I had started to take this FLO. I pulled it up on my phone and showed the Dr. instantly two and two started to connect with me. I was prescribed an antispasmodic medication and was told to quit taking FLO. I had not taken it yesterday because I was in so much pain. I haven’t taken them today. With the drug my dr. gave me the pain is starting to go away. It was 100% FLO that caused my symptoms. I just needed to put this warning out there. I will be returning my second bottle that just arrived on authorship.

Usually, I buy products and don't expect much from them. However, these really do work! My period has been late consistently for months. After taking these, my cycle is returning to normal. They may not work for everyone, but they're definitely worth a shot. I like the cute packaging as well; that's the cherry on top.
