I have PCOS, Adenomyosis and hadn't had a normal cycle in years. I've been taking this supplement for 1.5 years now and in the first 6 months I lost 47lbs and I've been able to keep it off ever since because this regulated ALL my hormones including my appetite/blood sugar. I no longer get hunger pangs or feel the need to constantly eat anymore, which has allowed me the ability to drop down to what I used to weigh when my hormones were ok. I have a normal monthly cycle now which is something I haven't had since I was a teenager. I don't get sleepy after I eat anymore and have more energy and just overall feel better. I'm no longer bloated either. I still take this every morning when I wake up, I break three capsules into a small cup of yogurt and I continue to get the same benefits each day from it. I also take the PMS gummies which has cleared up my cystic acne so I appreciate that also. Overall I would say I noticed the biggest difference between months 4-6 of being on the supplement, so the key is to stick with it as the major benefits will take a bit to show. Month 1 I lost the first 10 lb of water weight and bloating, however it took until month 4 for me to lose any more weight but then it melted away. Make sure you take it daily and don't miss any days. You must take it in the morning in order for it to have the appetite suppressant effects. During the first week as your body is adjusting to it you may get migraines and acne purging but it clears up after a couple of days. Remember consistency is the key here.

I cannot rave enough about these honestly, as someone with PCOS this has helped with my painful periods, extra hair growth, and other small symptoms that felt like a daily struggle! Small easy to take capsules, with zero taste so easy to take. Do wish it was a bit cheaper, but understand why it’s priced how it is.

I gotta say that I am very surprised by these I’m 310 pounds my height is 5’4 and I take a lot of medications. I have had PCOS for many years as long as I can remember I go times without a period for five months to eight months. I took this within day one I had my period not even joking. It was the weirdest thing I have ever experienced but yet here I am very pleased. I haven’t had any hormone changes, any crying outbursts, or problems down there, I am very shocked. I had my period on day one but then yet again not really shocked because you never know nowadays what’s in stuff and what can cause stuff to happen they are very easy to swallow. They are decent size pretty large, but it’s very easy to swallow and I am normally very scared to swallow large pills but they go down very easily when you do it one at a time there is a taste, but it’s not a bad taste. I can’t really describe it besides not bad I’ve been taking them every day along with my other medication and there hasn’t been any side effects the functionality I’m not really sure how to describe that besides, I really like the container and how easy it is to open and get the pills Out. There is no smell at all, and I can’t really say if they help with sleep or not, but I have noticed that I have been sleeping more, but was someone with PCOS and they don’t have periods for it to happen. Literally on day one shook me straight, shook me. I had this weird stomach feeling like I started to get bloated and then from there I got a couple cramps and it was just midday I went to the bathroom and boom! I couldn’t believe it now I’m not saying this will happen to you or the next girl but I’m hoping it does if you have a problem with having a period with PCOS or anything else might solve issues might not solve issues but all I know is what it’s been happening with me and what happened on day one shook !!! Plus I have to add. I know this is too much information, but I do not take birth control pills at all or any form of birth control, I know they say that it helps regulate your period but I’ve been trying to go as natural as I can, even though it’s very hard to do nowadays when you have to have other medications like controlled substances or antidepressants. I hope this helps and to be honest if you’re a big girl and you have or just have PCOS in general and you’ve been missing periods for an extended amount of time or you’re not on birth control control of some kind and you’re missing periods and you’re not pregnant I really do suggest that you try it Even if it’s just for a month because straight shook when it said side effects start around 3 to 4 months no not with me. Positive experience while TTC I was trying to get pregnant for 6 months with my second baby and decided to try this supplement. After finishing the bottle, I got pregnant. Everyone is different, but I feel it helped support my hormones and cycle. The pills were easy to take and good quality. I would buy it again.

So, first off, as a girl 0f 43 fixing to be 44, I am perimenopausal. My Gyn recommended that I try Flo for emotional help mostly, so I wouldn't have to continue trying different anti-depressants. The several that I have tried did not work and actually did the opposite of make me feel better mentally. I have been taking Flo for 5 months now and I like them. I didn't realize that they were working for the emotional part until I skipped several days. After skipping a couple of days in a row, the rage and crying came back. Now, I'm not saying this is a replacement for any kind of antidepressant, but it does seem to help me with the crazy mood swings that come out of nowhere at completely random times. Crying to extreme rage and everything in between. It's ridiculous and I feel like I'm losing my mind sometimes. I started by taking only 2 per day for about a month because I read that they caused headaches for some, and I didn't want to deal with that. I now and have been taking 3 per day for a while. I do take them with food, and I try to take them at the same time each day in the middle of the day with lunch. The main thing I noticed first was that the monthly bloating was completely gone and hasn't returned since about the second week of taking them. I also noticed that my insane sweet tooth had disappeared. Both of these things of course helped me lose a little weight! So that's a bonus!! I am hoping that as I continue to take them, they will continue to help me get through this stage of my life.

I never write reviews. Never. I felt this needs to be said and a warning needs to be put out there. This product landed me in urgent care yesterday. I literally almost finished my first bottle and about a week ago I began to have a constant dull pain in my uterine region. The last three days it was unbearable to the point I had to leave my business and go to urgent care. It never occurred to me that this product was the cause. I have never had unusual periods or cramps or any types of female issues. I bought this hoping to help with premenopausal symptoms. Little did I know I actually harmed myself rather than made myself better. The pain was excruciating. I suffer from a small touch of diverticulitis already. I was having a flare-up but the pain on top of my stomach stayed then moved to my pelvic region. I started to panic and went into the drs because I couldn’t even pick up one leg to put my pants on. I thought the diverticulitis and moved to my lower intestine. I got there and they did x-rays. My actual stomach was a little inflamed but my uterine region looked fine. After a series of questioning I told them I had started to take this FLO. I pulled it up on my phone and showed the Dr. instantly two and two started to connect with me. I was prescribed an antispasmodic medication and was told to quit taking FLO. I had not taken it yesterday because I was in so much pain. I haven’t taken them today. With the drug my dr. gave me the pain is starting to go away. It was 100% FLO that caused my symptoms. I just needed to put this warning out there. I will be returning my second bottle that just arrived on authorship.

I'm a little on the fence about this product. 45 years old, been on it for 3 months so far. The main thing it's improved is the extreme mood swings. 4 stars just for that because when the emotions swing, they SWING. After taking this, I don't get the intense feelings of rage or the super low lows that come with the fabulous hormones shifting. If I miss a dose, it's immediately apparent. At first, I weaned myself onto it because I saw reviews saying it triggered migraines and I have chronic migraine. I did have one or 2 bouts with that after starting this, but it has not worsened after getting on the full dose. Haven't noticed any difference in weight, and I'm a fairly active person. My weight still fluctuates and I seem to gain 5 lbs overnight, so that's frustrating. Also haven't noticed any difference in facial hair, in fact that seems to have gotten worse. It has seemed to help somewhat with hormonal bloating. Nothing really to write home about though. Also, slight improvement in hair shedding/regrowth. Everyone's body is different and will react in different ways to supplements. Overall, the only reason I keep taking it is for the mood improvement because it's exhausting feeling angry or stupidly sad for no good reason.

I am so happy I tried this! Before I started taking these, I was dealing with weight gain, I was overweight for the first time in my life. I also was dealing with acne and irregular periods.
