Cannot recommend enough!!
I have been taking these consistently since February after being diagnosed with PCOS, after a lot of research I found out what supplements I needed to try and help my body! I’m now 5 months in and for the last 3 cycles I have gotten positive OPK’s for the first time in my life! I take these alongside COq10 and honestly these have been nothing but a god send! I had a blood test on Friday to confirm that I am infact ovulating! I honestly cannot recommend these enough!

PCOS support!
I’ve been using these supplements for a while. I find them easy to swallow and there’s no weird taste either then either which I definitely appreciate. I’m not sure how much they help with my PCOS symptoms but I do feel more stable in general.
