I have been taking these consistently since February after being diagnosed with PCOS, after a lot of research I found out what supplements I needed to try and help my body! I’m now 5 months in and for the last 3 cycles I have gotten positive OPK’s for the first time in my life! I take these alongside COq10 and honestly these have been nothing but a god send! I had a blood test on Friday to confirm that I am infact ovulating! I honestly cannot recommend these enough!

Feel much better
I tried this product with no-little expectations of if it’ll work, but after using for 2-3 months my periods stabilised and became much more regular than before. They became less painful too.
