Break up your coffee routine
This syrup is a perfect complement to the approaching cooler weather. Something about Autumn reminds me of caramel and, while the temps may still be in the 90s, when I added this to my regular coffee, I was immediately transported about 2 months into the future when it's cooler and kids are eating leftover Halloween candy. The flavor does not taste artificial and is very smooth. My only issue is that, while they ship 3 bottles of syrup, they only sent one pump, with the presumption that you would just transfer it from bottle to bottle. Certainly reasonable, but it is a plastic pump, so it is susceptible to breakage. Moreover, I fear what this single pump will look like by the end of the third bottle. That said, I was so pleased with the caramel that I also got the French Vanilla and it is even better. I am amazed at how natural the flavor is and that you are not left with a chemical or artificial after-taste. And I neglected to mention before that this product is made with 100% pure cane sugar, so they are clearly trying to do all they can to avoid unnatural flavors like you can sometimes taste in products made with high fructose corn syrup.

This taste so good in my coffee. I don't need any sugar with this syrup.
I like the taste of the syrup and not having to pour it the pump is a great idea.

Just ok
It does not taste like true caramel. Won't buy again.

Surprisingly Good
Usually I don't use these sorts of syrups because I find most of them tend to have a nasty artificial tasting aftertaste. Even the name brand ones. They always sound good, but they tend to taste bad to me. But when I saw this, it was caramel flavored, and I love caramel and thought I'd give it a try. To my surprise, this is really good. None of that weird taste I get with many others. First tried this in a coffee that I had left over in a pot. That brand turned out to be pretty bad but it was either drink it or dump it in with my rose bushes. Figured that this might be the perfect time to try this syrup out, hoping it would disguise what I didn't like about that coffee. Wow! Made all the difference in the world. This is a good tasting syrup that has a decent caramel flavor. Not picking up any unwanted tastes from other ingredients. Seems to be fresh and doesn't have any crystallization that older sweet products sometimes collect. Besides coffee, this is great to experiment with in all sorts of other ways. Good to use to make an affogato when I don't have any Amaretto handy. Or if I don't want to use alcohol for the dish. Great for flavoring anything where you want a caramel flavor, from smoothies to cocktails. Drizzle over cake or even add to a main dish when you are looking to sweeten up that dish. Now I'm interested in their other flavors.

Caramel macchiato? Yes please!
This syrup makes an excellent caramel coffee drink. It has a smooth warm flavor with a taste reminiscent of a caramel toffee. I think that part of why it has such a good flavor is the fact that it is made with real sugar as opposed to corn syrup type sweetening. It's a more expensive way to go to use real sugar but in my opinion, they taste as much better. The pump is included, so you're ready to go being your own barista. This syrup is also good in cakes! I took a yellow cake out of the oven and poked holes in it and then sprinkled the syrup over the cake to make a delicious caramel cake. It made it so moist that it barely needed frosting.

Smells delicious, but is not made just of cane sugar
I ordered these because I love Caramel Macchiato and wanted to make something similar at home. This caramel syrup has a wonderfully delicious smell and taste of caramel. I add it to my coffee, and it adds the caramel aroma with one pump. The syrup is also quite sweet and for me it is enough as a sweetener for my coffee. The bottles are larger than I expected and will have caramel syrup for a very long time. This syrup will be great to add as flavor while baking or in cocktails. The only thing I didn't like about this syrup was that the ingredients list is more than I expected. I read the headline of the product stating that it was made of "pure cane sugar" and concluded that this is the only ingredient. Well, it isn't. There is artificial flavor, caramel color, potassium benzoate and potassium sorbate. If you prefer your food without the addition of chemicals, this product is not for you.

Caramel tastes real
This immediately reminded me of real caramelized sugar, like if you're eating creme brulee or a homemade flan. It tastes natural. It's SO much better than the chain coffee store caramel syrup, which tastes artificial and overpowers. This caramel is rich & sweet but still light (if that's even possible). I'm using it to make milk steamers since I'm off caffeine. It works great with 1% milk, but the real test was with almond milk - finally something that's good enough to cut the bitter flavor of unsweetened almond milk without needing to add so much that it's 100% sugar! I was also thinking a splash might go well when mixing up whip cream for desserts. FWIW, it's a thinner syrup than others I've tried, which I appreciate because it mixes easily, no need to dig it out of the bottom of your cup with your spoon. Also, the bottle came with a two year (2026) expiration date, so you don't have to worry about needing to finish up the big bottle really fast.
