Great value and they work!
I wasn't sure of the benefits of CBD but thought I'd give it a go. These seemed good value based on the strength of them. It's difficult to quantify the benefit of something like this because it's qualitative, but one measure that is easy to reference is sleep time and sleep score. I'm waking less frequently during the night, and if I do wake I'm back to sleep in no time. Feel calmer too. Taste like haribo strawbs so have to make sure you don't OD!

Not gummies but jellies
These are jellies not gummies. I was really disappointed with these compared to other brands I have tried. They are also very sweet and I have not found them effective.
