Keeps uti's away better
I only take one ( half the dose) 1. because I'm cheap, 2 . because I never take the full recommended dose of anything, i'm small frame, and sensitive. I also eat yogurt everyday. But no negative effects, less uti, & other infections decreased while taking this, and the other basics of healthy lifestyle. good deal for these, I wouldn't order them in the hot months though.
