Great value and quality product and fragrance free and sulfate free. Cleans nicely without stripping the moisture out of your scalp and ends. I have relatively oily hair and it cleans very well and I use it every other day with the conditioner by CeraVe. Great value and quality product and good results from my months of using it. I have dandruff and I use ketoconazole shampoo twice a week in between the CeraVe. Highly recommend it and will continue to buy it again and again. Rich lather and makes my hair soft and manageable. I have fine and thin hair which I am using minoxidil every day as well. Very shiny and beautiful hair

I loved this shampoo. Unlike others, it cleans very gently without leaving dry or cardboard hair. It feels super moisturizing from the first use and is perfect if you are looking for a delicate product that does not irritate. Totally recommended!

Ive been using CeraVe shampoo & conditioner for about a year now and my Seborrheic dermatitis is almost non-existent. Hair grew back and I only have normal fall out now. I switch back and forth between throughout the week with the regular and the dandruff shampoo. My scalp and hair are healthy and my hair (thick and medium texture) is soft and shinny. Zero fragrance, effective, lathers and cleans really well and very moisturizing. Ive used CeraVe soap and lotions for years and was so happy when they came out with the shampoo line! I highly recommend ALL CeraVe products!

For context: I have very dry skin with psoriasis flare ups sometimes on my scalp. I flake like a Parmesan shaker and itch like crazy but I don't have dandruff (which is caused by a fungus and my issues are not). This shampoo is the most basic shampoo you can get. Theres no added fragrance that I noticed. It cleans hair well and lathers nicely. For my scalp itself it feels hydrating and has helped reduce some flaking and itch. That being said, it’s not making a huge difference alone. I also use a tsal shampoo once a week and that with my normal wash routine, this shampoo works good enough. Cons: I find it actually drys the ends of my hair a lot. I did try the corresponding conditioner with it and it’s not the best for hair. Though, I used it as a scalp treatment and that seemed to help that portion. I just used my normal conditioner for the ends. The packaging isn't very luxurious feeling-but this is what it is- the most basic shampoo you can use that avoids the stuff peoples skin tends to hate. Id buy the shampoo again but not the conditioner. Plus it is affordable.

I feel like I've spent way too much money trying different shampoos, and this is one of the few that actually made my scalp feel better without making my hair feel greasy. I have really fine hair, so I'm always worried about anything "hydrating" weighing it down. That wasn't the case at all. My hair still feels clean and light, but my scalp doesn't feel tight or itchy anymore. I've seriously tried just about everything and spent so much money on shampoos over the years. This one is under $10 and honestly works so well. Sometimes I have to shampoo twice before I get those big, foamy suds, but to me that's actually a good sign. It tells me it's cleaning my hair instead of just creating a bunch of lather from harsh ingredients. The funny part is my boyfriend started using it too, and now he completely swears by it. He actually threw out his old shampoo because he wanted to avoid all the added fragrances and unnecessary ingredients. Now we both use this. I do still use a higher-end conditioner and leave-in products afterward since my hair is fine and color-treated, but this shampoo has officially earned a permanent spot in my shower.

I have been looking for a relatively inexpensive shampoo that doesn’t have extra fragrances and all that junk all the cheaper shampoos have. I’ve been using head and shoulders and Pantene pro V before this. I do like the way the shampoo leaves my hair, it feels very clean and fresh without the extra fragrance and I love it. I love it that it doesn’t have extra unnecessary chemicals that could be potentially damaging. I will be buying it again. I already used more than half a bottle since my purchase. I am also considering trying other cera ve products because I have their facial cleanser and it’s a pretty good one as well.

I absolutely love the CeraVe Hydrating Shampoo with ceramides, niacinamide and Hyaluronic Acid. Whatever they're doing, they are doing it right! I recently had 12 inches cut off from my long hair as it had become so unmanageable for me due to disabilities. It's still not real short. It's much cooler for the Summer; although, I normally get my hair mostly just trimmed or slightly cut in the Autumn season. It had been way too long for too long so I had to get it cut. I shocked the hairstylist as she snipped it off in huge amounts and I watched and almost cried at the amount of hair the machine sucked up. It will grow back fast, though. This CeraVe Hydrating shampoo makes my hair feel tangle-free, in excellent condition combined with the matching conditioner. It doesn't have a fragrance to me and it is advertised as fragrance-free, as well. The consistency is just right. I believe the effectiveness overall of the two products combined are just what I have been looking for in all of those high end shampoos and they haven't been able to satisfy my desires. As long as the CeraVe products keep making my hair look this nice and feeling so soft after using them, I will continue to purchase! Now, if only they could reduce plastic and put these formulas in a shampoo bar, I would be highly content. The price for the shampoo and conditioner is very reasonable compared to what I had been paying for the brand name, high end ones even at the beauty supply store with hairstylist discount. I'm not a hairstylist, never have been, nor have I ever had a desire to be. I just know when I know and when you don't know, you don't know. I will be looking for this in a shampoo and conditioner bar soon, I hope.

I love CeraVe shampoo! It’s gentle and leaves my hair feeling great. However, I’m extremely disappointed with how Amazon handled the shipping. The bottle should have been properly secured and packaged to prevent it from being jostled, squeezed, or opened during transit. Unfortunately, the shampoo leaked all over the package and even onto other products. This was very frustrating and completely avoidable.

This stuff smells so bad on your hair, I really don’t recommend it at all, normally love cerave products but this one is bad
