Noscarna Scar Gel Treat Keloid, Surgery & Acne Scars 10 g.

For reference, I have dry/combination, sensitive skin that's prone to inflammation and clogged pores. I'm pretty skeptical when it comes to products that are supposed to help with fading hyperpigmentation, so I was very pleasantly surprised to see that this actually did lighten them quite a bit. My acne marks can sometimes take over a year to disappear completely. I didn't want that to be the case for the new ones I have currently since they're bigger and pretty visible, so I've been applying a generous layer of the Noscarna gel twice daily. It's been about two weeks of consistent use and they've faded much, much faster than they would on their own so I'm really happy. The directions on Dong-A's website (the company that makes Noscarna) say you can apply this several times daily after the wound has healed (do NOT use it on active acne), but I usually just apply it under my sunscreen in the AM and moisturizer in the PM (side note: if you're not already, please make sure to wear sunscreen to help prevent your scars from getting darker). The texture is a slightly thicker gel that spreads well and isn't that sticky. There is a fragrance to it though, like a sweet, kind of floral-y? scent (sorry, I suck at describing smells) that disappears after a minute or two. It doesn't bother me personally and it hasn't irritated my skin despite it being sensitive, but I wanted to mention it for those who don't like/are sensitive to fragrance. It also contains niacinamide/nicotinamide as well as ingredients that are soothing, moisturizing, and wound healing (full list found below). Why did you pick this product vs others?: Totally works! Got rid of all traces of a very visible wound on my face. It would be fantastic if they had one with sunscreen but I’m not complaining. It’s very inexpensive for what you get. Buy two tubes!

Didn’t really see too much of a difference, but didn't make it worse. If using this for acne scars, I prefer Good Molecules Discoloration Serum.

I really like the texture and how easily this gel absorbs. It feels soothing on the skin and doesn’t cause irritation. However, the results are pretty average—I haven’t noticed a big improvement even after finishing my first tube. This is already my second one, but I wouldn’t strongly recommend it unless you just want something gentle and lightweight.

This little thing packs a punch , by far the best product I’ve used , had a scar on my lower lip from scratching a pimple , tried several different products none worked ! I was down to the point to going to a dermatologist, I found this while looking for the best products , and honestly I was very skeptical at first seeing the mixed reviews , but it definitely worked !! You have to follow the instructions as they are in order to work , my scars are almost invisible now ,
