Very fine...great quality... I use 3 sprinkles in my morning cacao and coffee, to brighten up the flavor and get some good minerals...Yum.

After trying several different salts I’ve found this one to be the best quality for the price! I use it in cooking and magic protection. It does have a very particular taste for sure. Does well even with french fries! A little goes a long way. I recommend tasting it before putting in your food.

Being generous...3 Stars. I started on the Ketogenic diet two years ago. Following advice from two MDs on the subject of dietary needs I decided to try three different varieties of salt besides the Himalayan Pink Salt I had used for several years. This Le Marinier Celtic Salt was the second of the three. The taste profile is excellent, as is the mineral content. The container I purchased may have suffered some sort of moisture intrusion. I say this because the product doesn't shake out in a dry and uniform fashion. It sticks together inside the container... not in a manner of small clumps, but as groups of larger amounts that appear to be surrounded by appropriately dry salt. I tried taking off the top of the container and using a small spoon ... but that defeats the purpose of buying the small container with the shaker top. I recently ordered another one for a gift and I plan to ask the recipient if she experienced the same problem.
