Not reliable
Initially it worked well for about 4 months; now it's freezing with errors relating to hardware issues (ie. cpu/memory). Maybe good for playing around in a lab environment.

Never could get it to work.
Spent 3 days trying to get this PC set up. Never got it to work properly with my monitor (it looked like a child had scribbled crayon all over it and it shook to boot!) I finally gave up and set my old PC back up. No problem.

It is a bait and switch.
Junk and requires a Microsoft account to even finish the set up, windows 11 strikes again. Like you do not have enough money. It took over two hours to get to 81% download, and then I either had to have a Microsoft or throw this puck in the garbage. I threw it is the garbage. The amount of access Microsoft wants to all my personal information is insane, and no can not will not be held hostage by Microsoft for systems I will never need , never wanted, never asked for, and they only let you know this after you buy the Mini puck computer...

Not a good purchase, Can’t handle light work.
Keeps crashing and over heating. Would love to return it.

Don't look here.
Likes to lockup and not do anything for 5 minutes. Just have to wait it out. Wifi doesn't work very well. Fine little computer when it wants to work.

Very disappointed
This article was really a disappointment. When I received the box has signals of open before . After plug of the electricity the computer never open. I returned it very fast .

Small but Mighty Mini PC
when I decided to buy this Mini PC, I was honestly just hoping for something simple and reliable. After using it for a while, I can say it has been one of my favorite purchases this year. Setup was quick and easy right out of the box. I plugged everything in, followed a few simple prompts, and I was up and running in no time. The 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD make a huge difference compared to my old computer. Everything opens quickly, and I can switch between multiple tabs and programs without the system slowing down. I mainly use it for online shopping, email, paying bills, video calls, social media, and streaming movies, and it handles all of those tasks effortlessly. I also love how compact this Mini PC is. It barely takes up any space on my desk, which makes my workspace look much cleaner and more organized. Even though it’s small, it runs surprisingly smooth and stays quiet. I was worried a tiny computer might get hot or noisy, but that hasn’t been an issue at all. Another thing that impressed me was the display quality. I connected more than one monitor and everything looked sharp and clear. Watching videos in 4K looks great, and having extra screen space makes everyday tasks much easier. The WiFi connection has also been stable, and I haven’t experienced any random disconnects. As someone who doesn’t know much about computer specifications, I appreciate that this device simply works. No headaches, no complicated setup, and no performance issues. Baby, this little computer is doing its thing! If you're looking for a dependable Mini PC for everyday use, this one is absolutely worth considering. I’m very happy with my purchase
