Amazon should not allow any vendor who tries to rip off buyers with non returnable items. I received this piece of plastic yesterday and even after charging it for more than 2 hours, it refuses to blink even once.

So obsessed with this little thing. Sometimes I'm skeptical of how well the LED actually works with how affordable this is, and honestly I'm skeptical with LED devices in general, but whatever the case this thing has changed my skin care drastically. The vibrating feels so damn nice and the "dolphin shape" feels incredible on your skin, contouring your face/neck perfectly and just making you feel like you are in a spa. I mostly use the red light and yellow, the yellow has a bit of warmth. I'll add a bunch of serum to my face, usually something HA based, and then start and the neck going in an upwards motion. I do think it really helps with lymph drainage- my face seems slimmer with consistent use. Also the texture of my skin seems to have improved and my pores seem smaller. I did also start using a new face product at the same time that I think is also helping (It's a mouthful: Seoul Ceuticals Multi-Function All-in-one Anti Aging Snail Repair Cream) but I do think it's the combo that has my 39 year old skin looking at least 5 years younger. ALSO: I hate my calves, they are super puffy (edema), dry, bumpy with ingrown hairs, uneven discoloration etc. Recently I decided to try using this on my legs and it makes them so soft and smooth! I'll put on a bunch of motion and lay down with my legs in the air, then use it on the red light setting massaging in a pulsing motion down towards my hips. Anyway this thing is just a little miracle worker I love it. I am usually so bad at doing any kind of skincare routine but this just feels so nice that I'm pretty good about consistent use. I even bought one as a present for a friend. And the battery life is very impressive! good weight in your hand, etc. It's perfect. I did see that one review where the person didn't realize you have to take off the plastic cover that comes in it- haha makes sense it fits on so flush, so make sure you take that off but definitely this is worth it! I don't even use my super fancy LED mask anymore.

I really love this little device and feel like it’s relaxing and de-puffs my face. I took off one star because I wish it had a little more vibration to it and the placement of the button to switch between modes is right where my hand is, so I accidentally switch it mid-use. A great product though!

Please make sure you check that it’s working as soon as you get it, I went past the returning deadline to exchange or return it. So now I’m stuck with a non functioning item and never was able to use it. I charged it and finally was going to try it for the first time.. I charged it until the light illuminated fully charged. I pressed the start button and did not start. Was very upsetting but learned my lesson never to wait this long. I lost out on paying this high price of an item for nothing.
