Really like these. I have very high arches and these give me plenty of support. I have these in all my shoes. Started buying these hoping to relieve some plantar fasciitis symptoms I was having. It took a couple days but my problem was gone and hasn't returned in over the years. May seem a bit pricey for shoe insoles but for me they are worth every penny. HIGHLY recommend.

These are very comfortable and durable insoles and work great for walking and standing. However, in every shoe I've worn them in, running, dress, work boot, tennis shoe, they make noise. I've tried powders, oils/grease, and dryer sheets, none of them work for more than a day or two. I really like the insoles, but have gone to another brand that doesn't make the noise when I walk.

EDIT: 4 months later... I recently bought a new set of Dr. Scholls insoles after spending 4 months wearing shoes with the Forcare insoles. The difference is massive. tl;dr: Dr Scholls has become cheap, a complete ripoff. How is Dr. Scholls a cheap ripoff? Well... Forcare insoles are thick (3-4mm), durable, heavy-duty, and supportive. The grip texture lasts a long time and never peels off. Dr. Scholls, on the other hand, uses cheaper, thinner materials (1.5-2mm thick) which do not hold up with constant walking/running. Dr. Scholls also uses a weaker adhesion method to secure the varying layers of material together. The surface your foot/sock comes into contact with peels loose like sunburned skin. It crumples up, disentegrates. Forcare insoles do not do this. I've added a star to the rating (was 4, now 5). ------------ ORIGINAL REVIEW: Have you ever used those gripping stickers in a bathtub to keep you from slipping and sliding? Well, these insoles have that sort of surface on top. This is not a negative thing. Rather, if you wear slider shoes or slip-on shoes, these insoles will cup and grip your foot/sock without slipping around on you, like most insoles. As far as the plantar fascitis purpose, the arch is there, but not significant in any way. I have very flat feet and this does help while working, walking, lifting and running. But it's far less arch support than I expected, per the advertisements and descriptions here on amazon. They're good insoles.

I must say, I am pleasantly surprised at the design and quality of the Forcare brand insoles. I need pronation support to minimize turning my feet in, developing calluses on the balls of my feet, and throwing my body alignment off. I’ve fiddled with different insoles over the years and even tried expensive, custom-made orthotics at one point. Some were too soft, too hard, too thick, or just plain uncomfortable. All my walking shoes are good quality, but balance and mobility issues make me a little more wobbly these days. To make matters worse, my latest pair of sneakers came with plain, flat insoles. Hoping to find more supportive insoles without spending a lot of time and money, I ordered a pair of Forcare insoles and I do believe they have met all my criteria points. With a variety of sizes to choose from, the insoles literally snapped into place for me with no need to trim or custom fit. They give my feet better arch support and heel hold, and I noticed an immediate difference in my gait and stride. Nice even and straight steps, correcting some off-balance and instability problems, letting me walk more upright. Adjusting to the newness took little to no time at all. No breaking-in period to speak of, and the thickness and firmness feel just right. I will definitely outfit my other shoes with Forcare insoles, and I’m pleased to recommend them and hope they help you. Give them a try!

My wife had been having problems with plantar fasciitis for several months. We had spent quite a bit of money on insoles and other products to try to relieve the pain with no success. She even went to the doctor and got a shot, but the relief lasted only three days. When she got up after sitting for even just a few minutes, she would need something to hold onto for the first several steps until she could actually put weight on her foot, and even then she would limp everywhere she went. The first thing she would do in the morning when she woke up is put on her shoes with a thick cushion sole just so she could get around. I Googled for the best insoles for this problem, and found an article that recommended these insoles as #1 out of the top ten, so I ordered them. I also ordered a splint that she can wear while sleeping to keep the tendon stretched, and she started using both on Saturday. On Sunday morning, she said she could already tell a difference, and I noticed that she barely limps when she walks. This is after less than 24 hours of using these insoles and the splint. She already told me to order her two more pairs of insoles so she won't have to switch them out so often. The only problem I had in ordering was that her size wasn't available. But I just ordered the next size up, and she trimmed a little off the end to get them to fit, so it wasn't a difficult problem to fix. I would highly recommend these insoles to anyone with plantar fasciitis. I would also recommend finding a splint to wear when sleeping. They're very inexpensive, and help keep the tendon stretched when sleeping, or any other time when sitting or lying down.

I bought my first pair barely 3 months ago and i love them. I wanted to get some for my slippers but that was a want not a need. I finally bought another pair for my slippers and WOW what a difference and it's not a good difference. When i tried my first pair i had immediate relief and my knee pain improved and went away but then it was coming back, but to be fair i was over doing my knees by walking up and down stairs i normally do not have in my life. This is why i decided to get another pair for my slippers to having the arch support in them all day at home might help my knee as the others did... but had died. I got the new ones out to put in my slippers and i was shocked. The new compared to the old were so different they didn't even look at all alike. The old was completely flat looking in my shoe so i took it out and it was completely flat. I can't believe the difference in just that short time because, 99% of my life is at home and hardly walking around. (I use a step glider to exercise and that's wearing my slippers) I won't be buying these again until i try several others. When you first put them on it is instant support and then i gradually flattened and my knee pain sneaked back as the Arch and toe support disappeared. They did and do work for about a month, so if you didn't walk a lot and you're willing to subscribe and save to buy then once a month then these are great. But if you're like me and funny want to buy then once a month then these are NOT the ones to buy. They are not at all slippery on any surface or on wet floors. They are very firm and hard and a great thickness, and they can be trimmed but i didn't need to do that. Even flattened out they were comfortable and that's probably why i didn't notice that they had flattened out. I'm 5'3 150 lbs and i just wear then around the house.

These are fitted to your shoe size so they stay in the shoe snuggly and do not move around like other insoles. They offer good arch support and have a cushioned cup for the heel which also helps with pain from my heel spurs. I replace mine about every 5-8 months depending on how often I wear those particular shoes. Unfortunately you may need to get some shoes 1/2 size larger to accommodate the insert, depending on the size of the toe cup, otherwise you may get some rubbing on the top of your toes. I have found this usually goes away within one or 2 wearing with leather and canvas shoes as I break in the new inserts. Added side benefit - they increase the length of time your shoes feel great because you are consistently changing the insert. The sole of my hushpuppies literally fell apart while I was wearing them but I did not notice at first because the insert did it's job.

I have sharp pain in balls of my feet. I have very high arches. These supports fit my shoes and make all the difference. They’re substantial. Good value.
