Lovely item but terrible packaging!
Disappointed at the fact that item wasn’t even bubble wrapped & Is scuffed. Amazon or whoever packs these orders need to take better care with peoples items

Doesn’t stay cold
I have a few Stanley cups, but this is fake or a faulty product. Doesn’t retain the ice or even stay cold. Within 30mins the water was room temperature in the Australian QLD heat. Other Stanley cups stay cold for days. This isn’t up to standard.
