Love these straps! My deadlift was basically maxed out due to my grip strength being a factor for anything over 1RM. With the straps I'm able to train so much heavier and not let my grip be my limiting factor!

Lo que necesitada
Lo recomiendo para mujeres que tienen la muñeca delgada porque se puede ajustar a ella, otros estorban por la espuma o cojin que le ponen. no permite ajustarse y se atora, en este caso no es rasposo el material y puede desplazarse hasta el ancho de muñeca que tengas. Aunque no es tan ancha si es larga puedes dar hasta 3 vueltas para ajustar, sentí que levante un poco de mas repeticiones porque me ayudo a soportar el peso ya que mi agarre es muy débil pero tengo la fuerza en los brazos para un peso mayor, espero les sirva mi comentario.
