I've been using this every single day as part of my skincare routine and it's genuinely become my new favourite. The texture is what really sold me — it's so lightweight it barely feels like there's anything on my skin at all, none of that heavy, thick sunscreen feel that so many SPFs have. The formula sinks in quickly with no greasy residue and, most importantly, no white cast whatsoever. It blends in seamlessly and leaves a lovely, subtle luminous finish rather than sitting on top of the skin looking chalky or flat. Because it's so light, I've actually started using it as my everyday moisturiser as well as sunscreen — it does both jobs well, so it's cut down a step in my routine rather than adding one. My skin feels comfortable and hydrated throughout the day, not tight or dry like some SPF formulas can leave it. The added ingredients like hyaluronic acid give it a nice boost of hydration too, and I haven't had any issues with breakouts or irritation despite daily use. Overall, this has become an essential in my skincare cabinet. Lightweight, effective, and genuinely nice to wear every day. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a daily SPF that doesn't feel like a chore to put on.

Lovely light formula, doesn't smell *heavily* of sun tan lotion either 😂 sits well under makeup, and doesn't pill as long as you wait 3 mins before doing your face (I find by the time I've brushed my teeth after using this, it's set and ready) formula feels great and I'll be buying again

After using this product for over a month, I'm torn on it. The texture of this is beautiful and it feels lovely to apply. However, it does take a while to dry down before I feel it's safe to try applying makeup. However, I don't feel like it ever fully absorbs and I am still aware of it on my skin. I initially struggled with pilling wherever I applied it but I have found that the more time I spend rubbing it in, the less likely it is to happen. Regardless of this, no matter what I do, it always pills on my neck. I have combination skin and I do feel that this would be better suited to people that have try skin, as it is definitely moiturising and you could probably get away with using this AS your moisturiser. It does leave you 'glowy' but I'm not sure this is the look I'm going for as it tends to look more greasy on me instead. I have never found this to leave a white cast but I am quite pale, so this is not something that I massively struggle with anyway. I do find that it stings my eyes throughout the day so I try to avoid putting it anywhere near my eye area, but I am conscious about the reduced level of protection around my eyes due to this. Overall, I think that this would be a really good sunscreen for people with drier skin and while I will continue to use and finish the bottle, I'm not sure that I would personally repurchase.

This is a really excellent face sun screen. I needed something in the car when driving in this mega heat, and the good thing is it soaks right in and lasts ages, it's a very good buy indeed. Also only a little is needed, it actually does go a long way. I have sensitive skin as well 🥹 and I can't recommend this delicious stuff enough 😁.

This really irritated my eyes, they would sting upon application be watery and irritated all day. For 1+ years I have used the byoma moistening gel cream spf 30 with no issues. I recently went to reorder it and it was unavailable everywhere, I’m not sure if it’s been discontinued. So I decided to buy the non spf gel cream and this separate spf thinking that would do the same job. However, as soon as I put this spf on, even if I avoid my eye area, I can feel my eyes starting to get irritated and sting, and within a few minutes they are watery. I couldn’t even wear makeup with it because my eyes were watering so much all my makeup would come off. I tried it for 3 days as I wasn’t sure if it was allergies or something else, but noticed each time that it began as soon as I put the spf on. So today I washed it off as soon as the irritation started, and it has stopped now, so definitely the SPF. Such a shame as I love everything else byoma, but this formula is obviously not for me.

Really not for me. I initially liked the light, fluid texture, but the strong spf smell was really off-putting. It was not suitable for acne prone or oily skin as marketed, but left a greasy film and made me break out in tiny spots. Using on my arms and legs to not waste it, but won’t be buying again.

No fragrance or any irritation when started. Liquid formula so spreads out really well. Byoma is smashing it with their skincare and this is definitely up there with one of the best spfs I’ve tried. Goes great under makeup too and very hydrating

I took this to the Dominican Republic with me and it worked BEAUTIFULLY. This is probably one of my all-time favorite sunscreens. The formula is absolutely stunning. It goes on so smooth and watery. It does not feel greasy or heavy.. My skin is extremely sensitive and almost every sunscreen makes me break out so I avoid wearing it however, this one absorbs beautifully and feels so lightweight you forget you even have sunscreen on. It also gives you a slight tent which makes the skin look a little more, even but feels less than wearing a skin tint or any type of makeup overall, it just feels like beautiful hydration and protection while making your skin look like YOUR skin but better. This lasted me a two week vacation and I still have some in the bottle! I think this is definitely worth the money and sensitive skin approved. If you have sensitive skin or dislike the feeling of regular sunscreens, I would tell you to try this one! It will change your mind like it did mine. LOVE IT

Light formula does not leave a white film on my skin & absorbs well. Keep out of your eye area! It irritates my eyes if it gets too close but other than that it's great. I can layer foundation on top & there is no white cast.
