Bought it for My sister because she had a fall and broke her arm. She had a difficult time positioning herself in bed, so she was sleep deprived. The chair is so comfortable,it gave her much relief! The fabric is soft and a nice color. Works beautifully. Fit perfect in her bedroom. It's the perfect size. She is 5"3', and weighs 180 pounds. She is very comfortable in it.

I bought two of these for my parents for Christmas. After both of them having multiple surgeries they needed the extra help of a lift chair. The size is perfect for short and tall. Mom is 5'2" and dad is 6 foot. They are comfortable and the massage and heat function is a huge bonus. They are sturdy and make both of them feel supported. I did not have the pleasure of putting them together as my parents were not patient and did it themselves before I could get home from work. The only issue they said they had was putting the arm cover on. I would recommend this product.

love it, good quality. Affordable price and comfortable. Easy assembly. The heat and vibration work your whole body from head to toe. Happy with this purchase! I love it,and thinking of purchasing the same one for the other side of my basement.

Not as advertised size of seat not correct had to assemble arms that were not aligned correctly, arms covering didn't fit arms cushions didn't fit properly zipper came off.shabby work ,wasted my time and money. Its easier for me to through away than go out buy a new box then wait for someone to pick it up. Also had to throw the cups away because they wouldn't go in the holes after I finished assembly.

Chair was comfortable and operated fine for the first four months. After that the chair back started leaning to one side and kept getting worse. It was only used by an adult under 200#. It's still usable but leans to one side and the power lift moves the chair unevenly.

Bought the chair for my 83 yr old dad and it is perfect! It is a little smaller than I expected but it works great for him. I would buy this chair again!

This does not go together easily. The zippers won't close, the material has no give and was difficult to get on AND stayed unzipped. Chair is sufficient, but would not purchase again. Heat and massage adequate. It does lift well. That's all I've got to say about that.

Assembly a little confusing. But once assembled nice and soft. Really comfortable. Arrived week before scheduled
