Flavor is subtle, but good. Drink like tea - dilute in hot water
Not as tart or flavorful as the "peach ring" name/description would have you expect haha. I have yet to comment on the effect but just took some and diluted in 12 oz water, it's a very subtle watery sort of taste. I would mix it with juice or other peach electrolytes if you're looking for a stronger flavor. Will update with the effects on my sleep laterEdit: Okay, at first, I was pretty disappointed that this didn't taste like candy, but now I'm kind of glad that it doesn't. I guess it might be an acquired taste because now I have no problem with it. I realize that I enjoy it better when I drink it like tea with hot water instead of cold water. It mixes in a lot better that way. It is definitely effective for sleep, so I am still drinking it every night.

Worth every penny
I have become a huge fan of microingredients products this supplement makes a huge difference in my sleep and overall health I can tell a huge difference if I miss a day or 2 of taking it

Does it's job!
I usually buy a different brand so I was hesitant to try them but they work great! They truly help me sleep and have relaxed my restless leg syndrome.

Good Product, Just Not for Me
This product was a really good sleep aid, but unfortunately I would have vivid and strange dreams. Now I was getting deep sleep since I was dreaming so much, but the dreams were so vivid that it felt like I hadn't slept. I talked to my doctor about and she said it's normal but to discontine if I wasn't comfortable. Overall it is a great product, but not for me.

Calming!
I'm sure this helps with sleep but I take in the morning mixed in my morning shake, and I believe it has a very good calming effect throughout the day.

It works pretty good
Only used one time. Finally got rem sleep and I would recommend with juice it tastes so diluted in water but not bad. Smells ok. But I did sleep fast I need to keep using it
