Review: Stock gears shred steel upgrade gears weld dont hold well and makes vehicle unusable - Car is actually great but built with inferior parts. Spur gear spreads easily, so I got steel upgrade. Installed with set screw 2 runs at the park the gear on the motor spun and welded the gear to the motor and searched for 2 weeks and can't find a replacement motor anywhere?

### ⭐⭐⭐ Plastic gear servo, proprietary stuff

For $1000 this should have a much better servo. It's all plastic and weaker than a 1/10 cheap Chinese basher servo. Not only that, but the servo shape and size is proprietary to Traxxas. Should have had a normal 1/5 servo. Otherwise the rc car is pretty awesome, but not very hobbyist friendly. Made from so much plastic you would think it would be priced better also.
