since I started taking this product I sleep like a baby and have not had leg cramps waking me or starting when I first get up. It's a wonderful product and I would recommend it to anyone.

The product is good when I'm consistent I think that it does help me sleep better and wake up more well rested that's primarily the reason I take it. I've noticed that it works better when I actually am eating properly healthy diet and exercising I have more of a better rest.

Great blend of magnesium and other minerals. I take this alongside 70% carnivore at 30% keto based diet. I take it before bed and it helps me sleep well and not get the twitches. Affordable and doesn't upset my stomach like some magnesium supplements can.

This product is the sleep to my night. I'm actually on my second bottle that's how much it has help my sleep, mood and stress level. I've come to depene on it for calmness and nerves relief. I brought this Magnesium for insomnia. I have some doubts at the time but after some weeks using it I’m delighted. I sleep better and wake up rested and with energy. The capsules are easy to swallow and regular size. I only take 1 capsule every night and works wonders.

I’ve been taking Dr. Berg’s Magnesium Glycinate and I’m very happy with the results so far. I definitely noticed that I sleep better whenever I take this product, and it has helped me feel more relaxed at night. I also started using it after watching Dr. Berg’s videos, and I’m hopeful it may also help support my kidney stone concerns. My only issue is with the delivery condition. The item arrived hot, which worries me because supplements should be transported and stored properly to maintain their quality. I hope Amazon will be stricter in guiding the concerned departments and delivery teams on how products like this should be handled and delivered safely, especially in hot weather conditions.
