Reduce anxiety and fall asleep faster
I needed a refill after finishing a bottle I got from Walmart. As it turns out, it's a better value to get here. For about the same price, you get a lot more capsules. This magnesium has been a game changer for me. It has helped me fall asleep and stay asleep. It has also helped me take better control of my anxiety. I highly recommend!

nice supplement - i don't like the capsule size but got used to it - very gentle on stomach, no diarrhea if used twice day, always check with a doctor or nutritionist before you take any supplement. 120ct lasting long

My favorite brand so far. I have tried so many different brands and this one hits all the marks. The price, amount per bottle, size of pill, are all the things that have sold me on this brand. Highly recommend. Helps to regulate my sleep better. Also helps with my joints.
