Tastes better than the similar-looking brand
I thought these were the same company as S*** F*** for a long time, but these are so much better tasting!Good Quality meal replacement, if you can get by on that little. I actually use this on my fruit and (very little) cereal bowl most mornings. I only use about a third of it then, and I drink the rest 20 minutes before lunch and/or dinner to give me the pre-meal protein boost necessary to control blood sugar.

Delicious. Helps as a filler between meals or as a meal. Great nutrition. Not enough caffeine for me. Mixes well. Prices fair.

Not bad
These drinks taste pretty good. I do wish they had more fiber like other brands. They are also very watery and in no way are like "a shake". More a protein drink. Wish companies really improved their texture to fit more of a shake drink. Overall good but the price really kept these from dropping to 3 stars. All protein shakes equal, these are just middle of the pack.

Taste amazing
These taste amazing! I've gotten both the chocolate and the cafe latte, and both are surprisingly delicious. I came to write this review (which I rarely do) just to rave about how amazing they taste! Love that I can grab one on the go, and they are a staple in my fridge now.

Great calorie to protein ratio and great taste!
Absolutely love these. I'm backing off my caffeine intake and losing weight, so these have been great for both! Taste is great and I'm far from a coffee drinker. They are smooth and help fill in some gaps in nutrition I have while dieting. Lowest cal/highest protein brand I have found and the cost is probably the best I've seen.

buy when one sale, but nothing special
Convenient and provides a decent amount of protein, but it didn’t really stand out. The Latte taste was okay and drinkable, though not something I’d look forward to regularly. I don't think it has any caffeine as advertised, It did what it was supposed to do, give me protein, but nothing more. I’m giving it a few stars mainly because I purchased it on sale. under $2.00 a drink is good, At full price, I probably wouldn’t buy it again.
