I’ve been using Boult Audio earbuds for a few days now, and I must say I’m quite impressed with the overall performance. The sound quality is crisp and clear, with well-balanced bass and treble. Whether I’m listening to music, watching videos, or taking calls, the audio experience is consistently good. The design is sleek and comfortable, fitting snugly in the ears even during long usage or workouts. The touch controls are responsive and easy to use, making it convenient to manage calls and playback. Battery life is also a strong point - a full charge lasts several hours, and the charging case adds multiple recharges on the go. I bought this Item in May 2025 and used it for about 4 weeks before it started giving me problems. When I using the ear pods it will inform me Power Off & automatically disconnect itself, I again have to place in the charging case for a couple of minutes to connect again. This process keeps happening again & again. Amazon told me that they will not be unable to help as this product had a 10 day free replacement period only. Boult service center is only online & I am unable to to register my complaint though I have also subscribed to additional 2 years warranty when I bought this product, Tried raising a compliant, get to watch the video but unable to proceed further. Absolutely WASTE OF MONEY & POOR CUSOTOMER SSERVICE. 22nd October 2025 Now this product the right ear bud the panel has fallen off & the circuitiary is open & visible. I also paid additional Rs 149/- for additional 2 year warranty. The first time I had to courier it to their factory at my cost which was Rs 350 thru DHL. Now atleast they are going to have the same picked up. WASTE OF MONEY & MORE IMPORTANLY MY TIME WHICH I NEED TO SPEND GETTING THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT. I suspect that the product sent back as replacement to for my first complaint was a refurbished product or a faulty one as it did not come in a proper box. REQUEST FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE MONEY AS WELL AS THAT PAID FOR THE 2 YEAR ADDITIONAL WARRANTY & THE COURIER CHARGES OF Rs 350/- PAID EARLIER FOR SHIPPING THE FAULTY PRODUCT. VERY VERY DIASAPPOINTED. Earbuds are good and sound is amazing but the build quality is too bad , it is made from cheap plastic which can be broke too easily and the charging issue. Please Fix this.

Comfortable in the ear, they connect without issue, the sound quality is pretty good, the battery life is good, they charge quite quicky. Decent value for money, so I've definitely no complaints. I've only had them for 3 weeks, but so far so good!

I am on holiday and won't be home till after 2 nd June, I can't modify the return pick up time . Can you help
