I have severe insomnia my whole life. I take a prescription for sleep but every few months I stop taking it for a while so my body doesn't build up a tolerance to where it stops working. I suffer as nothing works, even gummies of different types. The ONLY product after hundreds of dollars and sleepless nights for years, I have finally found ONE product that finally works! This makes me feel drowsy, there is a short span so be aware that as soon as you feel drowsy, go to bed! If you don't, you missed your window to good sleep. I got so used to side effects or taking more sleep aides and melatonin than I really should to try to get less than 4 hours of sleep & was tired all day with no energy. With this product, I only need to take 2, with or without food. No side effects, most times a full night sleep, no grogginess in the morning. Even when I wake up earlier than normal, I feel refreshed to start my day. No regrets and tell everyone to try it as it works for me and I've tried everything. I've now been off my prescription sleep meds for over a year with no plans right now to go back on them. GREAT PRODUCT!!!

Tried this hoping it'd help me actually stay asleep, not just fall asleep, and it delivered on both. Took it about 30 minutes before bed and noticed I was drifting off faster without that groggy, hit-by-a-truck feeling some sleep aids leave you with the next morning. No weird dreams, no grogginess, no dependency worries so far, just a smoother wind-down and fewer 3am wake-ups. The magnesium glycinate seems to be doing the heavy lifting alongside the melatonin, since it felt more like relaxation than sedation. I really had high hopes for The Night Before, but this sleep aid actually made my sleep quality WORSE. After studying the ingredient list, I better understood why. This product supplies only 60 mg. of elemental magnesium per serving, when the general recommendation for sleep enhancement is 250-500 mg. of magnesium. The same with Glycine. The Night Before gives you only 200 mg. when the general recommendation for sleep is 3000 mg. And although this product includes a number of other proven natural sleep aids, at just 100 mg. each, they may very well NOT increase your sleep quality much, if at all. While I'm sincerely happy for those whose sleep improved with The Night Before, mine did not, and I actually found myself consistently waking up only a few hours after taking it.

I love these. As I have aged, my sleep quality has gone far downhill. I am on progesterone, but even that doesn’t help me sleep deep and prolonged. Formulation Factory’s formula helps me get the rest I need
