What are the ingredients?

glutinous rice flour, sugar, water for the mochi... And the fillings are varied. Some are red bean paste and some have peanut and I think another one is custard... There are also some with sesame seeds.

I'm sending a care package (from the US) to my brother in the middle east. Will these get moldy or ruined if i include them in the package?

I suspect they will because of shipping time, both to you and then to your brother. My order took almost a month even though they projected the time to be less than a week. It is a good product and might be alright if they are being shipped directly to your brother.

Do they need to be refrigerated?

These do not need to be refrigerated. Only the mochi ice cream does.

How to store it after I open a package?

I don’t eat many so I store in freeser

Están muy ricos, y muy bien de precio. Son como el mochi debe ser, blanditos. Los de sésamo me han gustado menos porque la mezcla de texturas se me ha hecho rara, pero están muy buenos en general. Seguramente vuelva a comprarlos.

Un vrai régal ! La boîte offerte à ma fille pour son anniversaire, n a pas fait la soirée. J étais septique pour ceux aux haricots rouges, mais c est finalement très bon. Ceux au sesame, une tuerie ! Et ceux au beurre de cacahuètes laissent un goût de trop peu. Je recommande sans modération. J en recommande tout de suite !
