Expensive for the amount of bouillon, can taste mostly parsley & turmeric. Taste is similar to Lipton's dry soups but without any salt, and with a significant fresher taste of herbs. Used a half cube for enhancing my homemade stock/soup per bowl. Will buy again, however likely best just tossing a couple of chickens into a large stock pot, some celery and carrots, and just boiling down into a paste. Would get far more chicken than any store bought bouillon. Although I say this all the time, I usually only reduce until pressure canning, and rarely ever get to the drying stage! Best having a box in the cupboard in the event needing a cup of hot stock.

Lovely fresh chicken/herb taste very good base for soups, casseroles and gravy. Very pleased with these as they are salt free wish my local stores stocked them. Glad their listed on Amazon.

Often stock cubes are very heavily salted. These are not. Instead they contain lovely herbs like rosemary and lovage. Who knew? Use as you would regular stock cubes, you know you are getting a quality product with Knorr. As I am also lactose intolerant, which is soo much fun, these tablets don't contain any lactose. Bonus. You get 8 cubes in the packet, good value for money.
