The two-year warranty and excellent customer service sold me and I’m so happy with my purchase. I have very thick, wavy hair, just past my shoulders, and it normally takes me over an hour to dry my hair and round brush it. The first time I used this my hair was 90% dry in 15 minutes. That alone makes it worth every penny to me. The different attachments are so easy to use too. With the right heat protectant and styling products your hair stays soft and much less frizzy. This styler comes with a beautiful, sturdy case with slots for all the attachments. The one thing that’s missing (though not a deal breaker) are some gloves, the attachments get a bit hot so switching them out you have to let them cool down or buy some gloves. There’s a little zippered pocket in the case and that’s where I keep my gloves so I can switch out the curling barrels while styling. Another note, while there is no “cool shot” button, the 3 temperatures have different colored lights and the coolest setting is one click from the hottest, making it easy to switch to set your style. I feel like the volume keeps and the styles last longer than with traditional curling/flat irons. As others have mentioned, Ruth will text you and make sure you are loving your Ella Bella and remind you to register for your two-year warranty. This is above and beyond excellent customer service, especially in 2025. While I haven’t had it very long, I love this thing and I no longer dread having to dry and style my hair.
