Review: Very good - Adds a wonderful flavour to whiskey sours. Very tart so a little goes a long way.
Review: Pros and Cons - Pros: the taste is real and very versatile. Great quality. Pairs best with lime flavored things Cons: the price (but you get what you pay for)

## Features

- AUTHENTIC - Only flavored with unpasteurized Japanese Yuzu juice
- STRONG - Mixed with citric acids, Yuzu Super Juice can be used instead of lemon or lemon juice with a different character and dimensions
- Drinks: Perfect juice for cocktails, mocktails and soft drinks
- Sauces: mix it with soy for a quick Yuzu ponzu, mix it in salad dressings
- Versatile: spray on anything, mix with everything. Yuzu Super Juice works better than 100% yuzu juice because of its solubility for many applications, such as beverages
- INNOVATIVE - To preserve flavor, YUZUCO uses no heat to pasteurize the juice
- Unique: the flavor of raw yuzu is unmatched, and the Yuzu super juice completes this flavor in a way, award-winning mixologists prefer raw juice

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ great for cocktails
*by T***J on 14 September 2026*

maybe the best citrus concentrate I've tried. Great way to have citrus on hand for cocktails without the need for fresh lemons or limes. Works best if you either want specifically yuzu or if you want a lemon substitute, works well in place of lemon in cocktails. Lasts a long time too doesn't quickly spoil.
