Insurance from bark chewing rodents and safe fungus control
I have a few hundred Fruit trees in my orchard and have never had trouble with mice and voles girdling the trunks before. The last two winters have been the coldest on record and I had 10 trees stripped right down to bare wood. I was able to successfully 'Bridge' Graft 4 of them and start new grafts on the rest. However I needed something to keep it from happening again. The University recommended adding copper to the white Latex paint that I use to protect from sunscald. When I received the Liquid-Cop there was nothing on the label about this so I contacted the company. They had never heard of using it in this manner. I contacted some of the bigger orchards and the university and it seems a good amount is the maximum use called on the label which is 4 Tablespoons per Gallon along with a cup of pine pitch which I have plenty of. This way I will get two benefits from one process. My wife and I paint in the spring but will now switch to the fall. this will keep the critters from chewing and protect from sunscald in the spring. I also have leaf shot so I sprayed for that about 2 weeks ago. All of the new growth is clean and shot-free. I may still use the lime-sulfur for the tougher issues like Black Knot on Plum trees but this is safe to use on apricots so it will be my main fungus treatment from now on. I was using a Lime Sulphur mix for fungus in my orchard. I received a notice not to use it on Apricots as it can kill them.

Better than the other Copper Fungicide
Liqucop is just so much better than the other name brand copper fungicide I used because it mixes so beautifully with water! The other brand left half of the copper on the inside of the container bottom and sides even though I kept shaking and shaking it again and again - it’s as if it was mixed with oil or something because I had difficulty cleaning it out of the container - it was a mess. Compare that to Liquicop where it was easy to use, sprayed easily and I didn’t end up with a big mess to clean up afterward!😀

Great, affordable product.
My arbs have been sickly looking for years. Never was sure what was going on with them. I used this based on what my trees looked like and they have made a turn for the better. I will continue using this about once a year to help keep fungus to a minimum.

Great for peach leaf curl
We have a single peach tree that used to be badly hit with peach leaf curl. We have used Liqui-Cop for the past 3 seasons and have had no further issues with leaf curl. I have been doing 2 or 3 dormant season applications, with the last one shortly before the leaves start peeking out and it has worked great. The quart bottle will probably last 10 years. I keep it in the house so that it doesn't freeze.

Wonderful
Did not want to review until I actually used it a few times. I am so glad I got this. Last year I had to remove a bunch of plants that were tainted with spotty black fungus. The treatment I bought at the nursery didn't take care of the problem but this DID. My plants are happy and recovered and this is great. You use very little to mix with water so the container should last almost forever.

Jury is still out.
I've applied this to all my fruit bearing plants including my tomato's fruit trees and grape vines. So far ok. I apply every other week as my trees/plants grow new shoots that were not treated. I do have one issue I mixed up a gallon of this with tap water. used half of it. stored half of it in my shed for a week or so..and it turned from purple to brown and had debris (almost like rust flakes) and they clogged up my sprayer. I don't understand what the issue is or why it happened.

Very effective
Highly effective against mildews and can be used on pretty much anything you'd want to grow. It's very concentrated so the bottle lasts a long time. Follow the mixing instructions and apply regularly after you transplant and you won't have many disease problems.

Bought for fruit trees
Bought for my fruit trees after recommendation from a guy who runs an orchard. Sprayed trees at end of winter & seems to be doing the job so far.
