The instructions are at the bottom of the box, so it wasn't immediately apparent to me how to install it. At first, I even thought I may have bought the wrong item. It then occurred to me that you had to take the key sides off to install it, and sure enough, when I found the instructions hidden under the foam at the bottom of the box, that turned out to be true. Installation was not too difficult, and I used a small blade pocket knife to encourage the factory side pieces to gently snap off. Then installing the new pieces was straightforward. You do have to watch the positioning of the factory rubber center piece with the buttons on it so that everything sits flush when you're done. That part took two tries, but no big deal. Overall, a great product that doesn't look cheap and adds some flair to a snazzy, expensive new car. Review: Easy but big results. - This is a very easy but big difference upgrade to your standard key. I used just a thin steak knife from the kitchen for gently prying, just be careful if you do! If you have a small gap at the front it is indeed not installed properly. You have to push the very front in at JUST the right angle and took me a few tries but you'll know right away when it's correct.
