Review: Working well so far - The A/C company that services my unit was charging me a CRAZY amount of money to add a UV light to my air handler... in the hundreds of dollars. I did my homework and after checking a lot of option I opted for this light/model in particular. This unit has a selector that allows you to choose between 110V or 220V. Note that if you decide to install it yourself, you have to know something about electricity; especially if your unit runs on 220 volts. Once I identify the two points where I would need to attach the wires, installation was a breeze. The light is long and that is a real plus because it covers a larger area, of course. The light holder is a little big but that is not necessarily bad. The magnet is strong enough to hold it in place. By the way, part of the research I did included knowing how much replacement light bulbs would cost and how easy they are to come by. The replacements for this unit are not very cheap but they are affordable compared to others that cost almost as much as the entire unit. Do you homework on it. All in all, I know UV lights have a set limited lifespan of about a year. I am hoping at least the ballast will last me a few years. Review: HVAC units need this - The UV light in our HVAC system stopped working and I replaced it with this one. It has settings for different voltage inputs and mounts very easily. Itโs also much cheaper than having an HVAC company install one. It inhibits mold growth within the system when running the air conditioning, which we do in Florida for 7-8 months of the year.

Works great
Purchased 120-220v Power R600 UV Light Coil Cleaner. The product was easy to install, plugs directly into a 110 volt outlet for 24/7 operation. Unfurtanetly as we all know, electronics devices sometimes will fail,I contacted the seller explained my issue, he immediately replied with a solution to replace the unit at no cost to me, the complete replacement as promised was shipped promptly. This is a great way, more important, the honest way to do business, so I am pleased to suggest this vendor to everyone because he has proved to be an excellent seller to do business with!

Essential for air quality!
We bought the light to replace a previous version we had in our 28 year old HVAC system. The light is easy to assemble and plugs directly into a 110 volt outlet and is ready to go. The instructions are clear and the whole process takes less than 10 minutes (depending on how easy it is to access your HVAC air handler. I placed mine just above the cooling coils and they have remained clean with zero issues. It is a relief to know that all the air in our house is passing by the UV light on a regular basis. The power brick has two indicator lights that one indicates the unit is on and the other indicates the light is working. There is also a small sight glass you can install to be able to quickly access the lights status in the duct.
