This useful workbook will empower you to identify favored color palettes, silhouettes, key pieces, and outfit formulas that will make getting dressed a joy and a breeze. Never again will you have a closet full of clothes and nothing to wear! Review: Fantastically helpful book! - Im honored to be the first person to review this book, and I must say, that for the $11 I paid, this book has insanely surpassed any expectations that I could have had. I would honestly say its value for me has been far, far more than that. I actually feel a little bad and want to send Anuschka Rees a personal gift, for this book has been an invaluable gift to me. I had fun with fashion in my youth but after college got a little lost from myself through both having kids, and also moving from a very cold/seasonal climate, to a very hot climate. After 10 years of being frustrated and going in circles, this book has me back on track! Her questions provoke thought and reflection, and are very thorough. I have only had this book for a few days but I have already made light years of progress on my problems. I have had countless 'Ah-ha!' moments, which is so much better than wandering around malls confusedly, and staring at my closet not being able to quite figure out what is wrong. I am actually enjoying shopping and getting dressed again, rather than viewing both as a form of drudgery. Now I dont own her other book so Im not sure how much overlap there is, I was actually looking for the Curated Closet book when I discovered this workbook was soon to be released. I decided to wait and buy this instead. I think this workbook was definitely more helpful for me personally than the other book, Im a big fan of actually going through activities/writing/DOING anything. While the other book looked lovely and equally well organized/helpful, I really appreciate that I can use this in a hands-on way. The layout is also super clean and minimal, which is good because this whole fashion/wardrobe thing is already overwhelming for people like me, and clutter would only make that worse. So to close, I would definitely recommend this book if you enjoy workbooks, and are stuck on anything fashion/wardrobe related. Like those style changes that go along with moving into older phases of life, career work, coming out of dowdy-mom phase, weight gain/loss, just a general 'have no clue how but want to look nicer'... Review: Great companion to the book - Helpful companion to the book. Ample space for making notes and ordering your wardrobe.

This process WORKS
I used the workbook for awhile by itself, but also ended up getting the book that it's based on and I must say I recommend getting both. Reading the book and faithfully going through the steps it outlines has helped me truly fix the "closet full of clothes and nothing to wear" problem, which I have tried without success to fix probably five times using a wide range of other approaches. I especially appreciate that this book doesn't tell you what color or what style or exactly how many pieces, but gives you a really solid framework for making your own decisions about what makes sense for you to wear based on your actual lifestyle, what you love, and what looks good on you. HIGHLY recommended!

Highly recommend!
I highly recommend this very well written, to-the-point, easy to read book filled with excellent personal styling tips that can be immediately implemented. Ms. Rees's tips and techniques are really helping me determine my own individual, unique personal style and - exactly like the book's title - curate a wardrobe full of things I'll actually wear and look good on me. In fact, I am finding it so useful that I'm buying a few more copies to give as gifts. My one small criticism of this book, and the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is the models selected for the photos. They are lovely and culturally diverse which is great, and the photography is excellent, but they are all very slender and about the same age. It would be nice to see photos with a range of body types/weights/ages as to provide a broader spectrum of visual inspiration and confirmation of the fact that you really don't need to wait to drop x amount of pounds or let your age prevent you from attempting the techniques described in the book. I mean, we all know this to be true, it's just a psychological thing, but I feel more diverse photos would be helpful to a wide range of readers.

Worth It
There are so many exercises to work through in The Curated Closet book. This workbook is filled with templates to organize your process, and will serve as a handy reference going forward. I'd recommend it as a companion to the book. You can work through it alone, and I did, after I had to return the book to the library, but at that point I was familiar with the content. Enjoy the journey! ;)

The only how-to wardrobe book I'll ever need.
I am nearly through the book although there are sections I will read through again as the need raises. As a lover and maker of clothes I've found the content of this book an excellent organized approach that doesn't attempt to shoe horn the reader into a category of someone elses invention. It gives practical exercises on how to peel away the layers of bad shopping habits and poor clothing choices and build a wardrobe that truly reflects the reader only. This is not a book for a mindless drone, but for those wishing to develop a strong personal style and not shy of putting their imagination to work in the process.

Such a helpful book!
Truly helped me simplify my wardrobe from being an overwhelming mess, to a curated closet of pieces I genuinely love. The workbook format was great, and the exercises were actually helpful! I was initially dismissive, like, how much could this book really help me? But it did! I’m glad I took a chance, and, if you’re trying to figure out how to simplify your wardrobe, I recommend you try it out too!

Not worth
Nothing great mentioned which you already don't know if you have read even a single book about closet or wardrobe.
