I love this *so* much! I can focus as much pressure & time on any specific spot I need. Soooo good! Great deep tissue pressure, and very effective pain relief. The heat is great when I want it, and easy to turn it off. In fact, all of the controls make it easy to customize every session. I can't believe how effective this massager is for the low price of $35. I'm saving $100s on massages.

It’s honestly one of the best purchases I’ve made on Amazon ever. I work at a desk all day and also sleep in weird positions because my kid sleeps crazy so my neck and shoulders stay tight and sore constantly. This thing has been amazing for releasing tension and loosening up knots I didn’t even realize I had. The massage pressure is strong enough to actually feel effective, and the heat feature makes it even better. It feels like having a deep tissue massage at home whenever I need it. I use it almost daily now, especially after work or before bed. I’ll use it up to 45 minutes just watching tv. If you deal with neck, shoulder, or upper back tension, I highly recommend this. It works miracles.

Purchased due to an awful pinch nerve between my spin and shoulder blade which hurts if I am sitting standing breathing. I am 5'5 female and will say the level the hand spot at is roughly same level in the picture. However, that position is beyond uncomfortable makes you feel like TRex, and of course flaring up your sore spots. I also didn't realize you have to be in stationary spot as this requires an electrical connection to power. There is no charge and free movement your locked into place. Is nice is it comes with an adapter for your vechicle. Can only use if for 15 minx2 otherwise manual says its to much and can over heat the machine. It is nice and does help I am happy with purchase but didn't really realize the arm position was going to be an issue. I just sit in my chair and have the chair hold it in place.

This massager is wonderful. My shoulders were tense. I don't have time to go and get a massage. So I bought this one. I love the heat, be able to move it where I need it. The three settings for intense. It feels so good. I would recommend this product.

One of the best massagers I have purchased to help with neck and back pain. I have been getting severe pains in upper back around neck and mid to upper back right side. This thing is very effective to use just sitting around and hit the spots as needed. The heat gets very hot and effective. First time I used this I put a lot of pressure on my back behind areas needed and let me tell you I was sore for two days after using this but it rid my pain I had been having for over a month. This can be used all over the body as needed. I really like the design and ease of use. It even came with an adapter for car so perfect for long trips. Worth every penny

The massager seems to be well made, and I think it works the way it’s supposed to. It’s just way too heavy to sit on me. I have fibromyalgia, and that makes it painful to use. I’m sure it’s a good product. It’s just not for me.

Purchased this for my wife and I who both spend a lot of time at the computer. This is really a nice massager. It works great not only on shoulders and neck, but also works good on the lower back. We like that it also came with a car plug so we can use it on the road.

I have cervical radiculopathy accompanied by super tight muscles and nerve pain in my neck, shohlders, and back. This massager provides a deeper massage than I honestly expected, BUT IM NOT COMPLAINING! My muscles are so tight I can't handle a super deep massage at this time, but I use this in the lowest strength setting with a folded towel between it and my back to help lessen the massage strength a little more. The heat setting exceeded my expectations! It heats so good that I can feel the heat THROUGH THE TOWEL AND MY SHIRT. It feels SO good and helps soothe my tight, aching muscles. I am hoping this massager will help tp loosen my muscles over time so I can handle it on the highest strength setting for that deep tissue massage. I can tell after using it once for 45 mins, my muscles have loosend some already. If you have chronic back, shoulder, and/or neck pain BUY THIS MASSAGER. It comes with a wall adapter AND a car adapter. I will be taking it to work and using it on my 30 minute commute home! Do yourself a favor, and order this ASAP.

I was surprised and pleased to find you can massage your neck and entire back. If you don't have a masseuse this is the next best thing.
