Do you have to apply it to wet or dry hair? How long do you leave it on for?

It is applied to dry hair and can be left on up to 20 mins - it’s a lovely root retouch and the sachet of conditioner with it makes your hair smell and look great.

My hair is dark cool ash blonde, will the dark blonde be suitable to cover my roots as I don’t want golden/warm tones.

I had been using it to touch up my grey roots. I hate golden tones too.

Do you have to use the whole packet for one application?

Yes, I use the whole box for one application. I have thick hair. The length of my hair sits just above my shoulders.

Tiny amount and doesn't cover grey hair

I had been using the Naturtint permanent hair colour but thought i'd try this instead as i only need to colour the roots. This may be enough for a child's head but certainly not for an adult. It doesn't cover greay as well as the other product either. I'll be going back to that.

Not enough to cover my whole head of roots only. did not cover grey hair. Left on for longer the 20 minutes. Not worth the money
