I am actually astonished. I have used almost all that Naturaltein has to offer for their protein lineup and i have to be honest they all taste not as good. Nakpro has nailed the taste and mixiability. This Nakpro protein is a tad little bit more on carbs but i'm no pro body builder hence i dont care.

The product is nothing over the top and/or below. Its perfect in how its made. Made for anyone who's not a protein addict. Taste is fine for the price yet too sweet when consumed with water. They should tone down a little bit of that sweetner. No foaming when mixed with milk or water. Sometimes there are lumps if you are mixing it in a glass and not in a shaker. It's 5/10 times occurrence. Creatine is one of the best I have used. The noticeable difference with or without their creatine is huge in terms of endurance and strength. It's also a good mental stabilizer. Cannot exactly say about protein content or quality but when I don't have eggs and I am having this protein powder the difference in energy and recovery is almost same if not better. Sometimes there is uneasiness in gut and weird burps with an darkish after taste and feeling coming deep inside your entire digestive tract, if you have this on empty stomach and/or with only water and milk. I would call this a perfect add-on product for your other dishes like oats bowl, chocolate curd etc. As with all protein powders have enough litres of water overall to avoid constipation. To sum up I would not complain cause it didn't give any health problems. But I will be honest that I didn't feel like consuming it everyday because protein powders are not easy on your bowels (and kidneys) unless paired with a carb and fibre source. Still it's better to consume whole foods. What I have mentioned are normal effects that come with any type of food if taken at wrong time or in an incorrect/excessive amount. Regardless of the price it's decent product and does the job for average people which are majority in the world and need some protein in their diet. The best way to consume this powder is with a recipe with fibre like oats, wheat, chia seeds etc. Best enjoyed with milk to cut down it's excess sweetness.

If not lactose intolerance. This is best value for money. Taste 4/5 with water, 5/5 with milk. Mixability 5/5. But the flavour stays on tongue for2-3 hours maybe you should go for malai kulfi.

Great Product For Budget Issue Person

Absolutely killer product for the price the double chocolate is really good!! Trust me!!! Can't comment on the gains though, it's just been 2 weeks for me. Will update again. Dont listen to the guys saying chalk texture etc, it is better than many expensive proteins in terms of taste. No complains for the creatine as well. I take both with chilled watter and recommend the same.
