Are they see through?

I have no issues with see through no matter what color panties I wear. They are skin tight so panty lines may show. I LOVED these so much I ordered another pair!

Is the size chart correct? for an xl you have 35 inches for hips. this is normally a small. xl normally runs between 40-42

No larger than a small but I would recommend a x-small unless you want the length to be a little longer. I like my yoga pants to fit just above my ankle bone. I’m a similar size and found that after the initial wear the small does creep down as it’s not quite tight enough in the waist. Especially when working out..
