Lactose-Free Metabolic Health Protein Superfood Meal Replacement Shake

I've been using Almased as a meal replacement, and it's been fantastic for my weight loss journey. This product keeps you full for hours, making it easier to stick to my diet. The combination of soya, yogurt, and honey not only tastes great but also provides balanced nutrition. Highly recommend for anyone looking to manage their weight effectively!

Bit fussy to mix up and the taste takes some getting used to but it feels full of goodness and is a good replacement when dieting

Bought this for my husband and myself, 1 drink per day. Tasted better with cocoa powder and sweetener but I gave up after three days as I still didn't like the taste or the gritty texture and resorted to 'rabbit food' diet. Husband persevered and lost a few pounds in 2 weeks. We are elderly so didn't think it wise to increase to twice a day and are now on conventional weight loss diet. I'm sure however it would work if you are younger and persevered for several weeks twice a day.

Actually does what it says on the tin! The ingredients are certainly a lot cleaner and more natural (and less of them!) than the majority of similar products available. The taste is actually not bad at all - I use almond milk and also add mct oil. It’s keeps you fairly full during the day, but remember to drink a lot in between, as staying well hydrated also helps to keep the hunger pangs at bay!

I only had this twice and threw the rest away. Tastes revolting, made me heave. I have since used SlimFast which has a lovely range of flavours and have lost a stone...... don't waste money on this product!

I usually have a whey shake after my workout but thought I’d try this. I feel unbelievably hungry after using it, unlike my whey protein and it’s pretty tasteless. Won’t buy again. I like that there’s no artificial sweetener.

I have been taking this for four days now just three times a day, no exercise because of back problems, no broth or any kinds of soup. I must admit that the temptation to eat is what's making it difficult for me to keep up, and then I think about the money I payed for it, then I get motivated not to give in to temptations to eat sugar! It’s been only 4 days and I’m happy I’ve lost 1 kilo! I also feel lighter and better inside my body. I will definitely try my best to get to two weeks without eating anything but this, then after 2 weeks, I’m going to do the Phase 2 eating plan. Fingers crossed!

I have used Almased on & off for years (the lactose free version). It is gentle on the stomach & having diverticular disease & crohns it allows me to have a meal with good vitamins when I don't feel like food. I bought 2 cans this time & always weigh on my digital scales but the first tub was 20g short. Hope the 2nd is not the same, do check.
