Great customer support
A nice set but I received five 7 character tiles and three 6 character tiles. Mistakes happen but when I contacted the company they said they couldn't send me the fourth 6 character tile and I should use a blank that was included in my set. That would be fine if I had lost the tile , but I think its terrible when it came from the factory like that and they should fix it. Update: the company got in touch with me and there has been a positive resolution!
