Very happy with this product. It is extremely easy to use. The phone app was a bit difficult to get setup with Wifi but I managed to finally figure it out. The unit performs great. Best tasting water I’ve ever had. I purify a couple gallons a day in mine.

This is the best tasting water! Very easy to refill with new water just clean out the pitcher & back where the water goes like once a week & it tells you when to replace the filters on your phone, great product!

Smart carafe alkaline. I am in love. First off. I was accidently sent the wrong model. Seller immediately shipped the correct one out to me and sent me a return label for the one I was sent. It was inconvenient but resolved. Now for the ro unit. The water is amazing. I have never enjoyed a glass of water as much as with this. I all of a sudden am drink 2x the amount of water I normally drink. I didn't realise that because of the chlorine taste I wasn't drinking enough. I have a system . I go through 2 to 3 carafs a day for me and my toddler. (I use it for cooking) I keep the tank full in the back after emptying it and set the carafe on the counter u til it's empty. Place it on machine and it automatically starts to fill. A reminder is sent to my phone to empty the waste water. (Which is minimal) I waste more water waiting for the hot water to reach the faucet from the water tank. Unit is slim and easy to lift/rotate to get to the back. Filters were easy to install. Has a long power cord. Haven't had to buy new filters yet but I know whatever the cost it's worth it for this drinking water. I live in a rental so an under the sink system wasn't an option. This little guy will go with me where ever I move . Including camping in our motorhome. I don't ever want to be without it.

This is a very nice water purifier that works seamlessly albeit a bit difficult to refill if under a counter as the unit needs to be pulled out a bit to handle during the dump and refill process. Four stars instead of five because it is very expensive and the wifi tends to drop. Overall however we are very pleased with it as the pitcher approach makes it very easy to refill the coffee maker, etc.

Huge improvement in water taste. My coffee tastes noticeably better, and I love knowing the water is clean and filtered.

Water taste so clean, no weird tastes you would get with the regular faucet ones, this is a solid water filter. Only complaint is that the jug is alregular size which is like 4 to 5 regular glasses. I have a big cup for drink likg water so it is like 2 and half big cups. Constantly have to refill the reservoir for water. But it is a great filter, I do not regret my buy. It is pricey though

We are so happy with this product. The tase is amazing and we feel good knowing all the extra dangerous elements have been removed. The water is always clear. We usually have extra mason jars available in the fridge so we don’t have to wait for it to filter because we drink a lot of water as a family.

Can't get the "smart" to work so I can not see any information. Followed instructions, multiple videos still no connection. Taste is no different. No idea if this this is even working properly. Save money get the non-"smart" version maybe that one will work.

Me encantó el filtro. Está muy bien respaldado por certificados de calidad de sus procesos de ósmosis inversa. Lo mejor es que filtra, pero también mineraliza el agua al final del proceso y es muy cómodo de instalar! En conclusión es muy completo, cómodo y confiable.

Doesn’t work after less than half a year, spent $1,000 on the machine and filter replacements. No option for a refund on Amazon. Terrible
