AquaTru Glass Carafe Smart Alkaline Countertop RO Purifier | WiFi Connected 4 Stage RO System | Removes 84 Contaminants Including PFOA & PFOS (PFAS), Lead and Microplastics | Adds Minerals

Smart carafe alkaline. I am in love. First off. I was accidently sent the wrong model. Seller immediately shipped the correct one out to me and sent me a return label for the one I was sent. It was inconvenient but resolved. Now for the ro unit. The water is amazing. I have never enjoyed a glass of water as much as with this. I all of a sudden am drink 2x the amount of water I normally drink. I didn't realise that because of the chlorine taste I wasn't drinking enough. I have a system . I go through 2 to 3 carafs a day for me and my toddler. (I use it for cooking) I keep the tank full in the back after emptying it and set the carafe on the counter u til it's empty. Place it on machine and it automatically starts to fill. A reminder is sent to my phone to empty the waste water. (Which is minimal) I waste more water waiting for the hot water to reach the faucet from the water tank. Unit is slim and easy to lift/rotate to get to the back. Filters were easy to install. Has a long power cord. Haven't had to buy new filters yet but I know whatever the cost it's worth it for this drinking water. I live in a rental so an under the sink system wasn't an option. This little guy will go with me where ever I move . Including camping in our motorhome. I don't ever want to be without it.

Very happy with this product. It is extremely easy to use. The phone app was a bit difficult to get setup with Wifi but I managed to finally figure it out. The unit performs great. Best tasting water I’ve ever had. I purify a couple gallons a day in mine.

It makes our family feel so much better when drinking water at home now. It saves from the use of bottles. So easy to use, much better than other products that we tried, then returned. I got an extra pitcher too for the fridge, so there is always enough.

Though it is expensive but it’s really good and you can feel the change of the taste of the water. May 2026 - changing the review The worst experience with the customer care. The product has suddenly stopped sending wifi signal. Reached customer care over phone and when they couldn’t resolve they asked me to send email. with multiple followups over emails didn’t receive no response.

I dont know what these other reviews are raving about but this alkaline unit makes the water taste like rotten eggs. I did everything correct. Washed the unit with soap and water and even flushed it 5 times with full tanks and the rotten egg taste was still there. I was reading reviews on reddit and other people had similar issues. Some say that you had to flush it many more times. If thats the case then thats an issue. I shouldnt be wasting that much water to flush a new filter like that. Ive tasted alkaline water before and it did not taste like rotten eggs. Retracted my last review. You have to flush the new filters like 7-8 times. After that the sulfur taste is gone. Water tastes alot cleaner and tastes like alkaline. Ill be keeping this product.

This is the best tasting water! Very easy to refill with new water just clean out the pitcher & back where the water goes like once a week & it tells you when to replace the filters on your phone, great product!

I love this water filter! I did do the upgraded version to get alkaline water, and my taste felt altered. At the same time I am going through some treatment for a medical issue so I’m not sure if it was from the water or my treatment. I contacted the company and expressed my concerns and they sent me for free a replacement filter but non-alkaline. After about a week, I felt like my taste went back to normal so I’m thinking it was from the alkaline water. The company was very easy to work with and quick to give me a resolution. One thing to note is that I placed the order and returned it because I thought that they sent me the wrong filtration system. I couldn’t find anywhere on the box where it said that it included the alkaline filter. When I got my replacement it looked like the first and then I saw in smaller print that it included the alkaline filter. If you think you got the wrong one, just read over the box carefully.

Water taste so clean, no weird tastes you would get with the regular faucet ones, this is a solid water filter. Only complaint is that the jug is alregular size which is like 4 to 5 regular glasses. I have a big cup for drink likg water so it is like 2 and half big cups. Constantly have to refill the reservoir for water. But it is a great filter, I do not regret my buy. It is pricey though

Doesn’t work after less than half a year, spent $1,000 on the machine and filter replacements. No option for a refund on Amazon. Terrible
