Yummy and doesn't hurt my tummy
I really felt a difference in energy while takings this. I blend it with a blender and get a pretty good texture. Goes great in a smoothie! Worth the expense in my opinion, especially if pregnant and having trouble getting your daily protein. Also doesn't mess with my stomach like most protein powders!

Amazing, worth the money
Love that this is well tested for heavy metals and it tastes great. I add to smoothies or have it on its own in a blender bottle to ensure I am getting enough to eat to make milk and support my postpartum healing. A little pricey but for the peace of mind of the quality it is worth it. The bag has lasted me quite a bit too. Add some to your lactation balls too and thank me later.

When Breakfast Is Impossible…
Most days during my first trimester, I just can’t tolerate the idea of breakfast. I needed something easy and with protein, so I started looking for a protein powder that could safely substitute my breakfast during pregnancy. I decided to try Ritual, especially because of the clean label. Honestly, I’ve had a great experience. I find it really delicious. I keep it simple milk of choice, half a banana, a little peanut butter powder, and the Ritual protein powder. It’s been an amazing breakfast substitute, easy to mix, and no nasty sweetener aftertaste. Getting that extra protein has genuinely helped me manage my morning nausea. For me, this is a five out of five.

Expensive but worked well in my first trimester
I was hesitant to buy this because it’s more expensive than other protein powders on the market. But I bit the bullet because it’s third-party tested, tested for heavy metals, etc. Like many other reviewers, I haven’t been able to eat much protein in my first trimester and I thought I’d try this as a substitute. IMO it is overpriced for the amount that you get in each bag — so I really hope that I’m getting all of the benefits touted in the description. I have a scoop of this every morning as part of a fruit smoothie with frozen fruit and almond milk. Each bag lasts me about a month or a little less — so I’m basically paying $40 each month to restock this. I will say that I’ve consistently been able to tolerate the taste of the protein powder/my smoothies on a daily basis throughout my whole trimester. I don’t find it offensive or hard to eat. That’s saying something, since most other foods don’t sound appetizing lately!

This tasty protein powder hasn't let me down
I'm very picky about ingredients and have had a hard time finding a protein powder that agrees with my body, and Ritual has been great! I want a clean, smooth, yummy, third-party tested protein powder with simple ingredients and sweetened with monk fruit (my fave). Ritual hasn't let me down. It mixes smooth and tasted great. I've been enjoying it daily for a long time now. When I can't get ahold of the regular vanilla, I pick up the prenatal instead since my diet is low in choline. I use Ritual in smoothies with water and sometimes I add a half scoop to hot cereal or sweet potato mash. Versatile and tasty!

Very thick texture
Very good taste however it’s very thick I recommend using the ninja blender for preparing it. I did not like the texture when prepared with a blender bottle. Must use cold milk or water. Does not pair well with room temperature or warm!

Highly recommend if you are pregnant or postpartum & breastfeeding!
I wish I had known about this while I was pregnant! I purchased this postpartum after it was recommended to eat lots of protein in order to keep up my calorie intake while breastfeeding. The vanilla flavor tastes good (especially for containing 0 grams of sugar) & mixes well into yogurt & smoothies. The 20 grams of protein & 250mg of choline helps to keep me full while also nourishing my body with the nutrients it needs for myself & baby. Worth the $$!

Cause GI upset and gas
I had really high hopes for a prenatal protein I could take after workouts during pregnancy and both times I consumed the recommended 1/3 cup mixed in a smoothie with coconut water (which I consume all of the time without protein and without GI issues) it gave me the absolute worse stomach upset and gas. Unable to return or receive any $ back unfortunately. I cannot confidently recommend this product.
