Tasty.
Tasty. For those think this has strange flavor is because it is exotic and not used to it . But for people who are from the countries where this fruit is grown, this item is delicious.

Logan fruit
Taste very bland. I understand that it wouldn’t taste like fresh but was hoping it would at least have a fragrance of a Logan fruit would have or a little bit of flavor. Not giving up, will check other brand.

Don't be put off by the smell, it's worth a try.
These smell like they were dried over a wood fire but none of that confess through when they are rehydrated. I only use them in herbal teas. If I were eating them as is the smell would be too off-putting but because I know how they taste when rehydrated I have no problem with them. I am on my second bag and would confidently purchase another when needed. To be fair this is the only dried longan I've used so I'm comparing them to another brand right now, but the quality is more than adequate for my needs.

Absolutely delicious in my tea. I eat them once they absorb the moisture. Taste so good!

Unsatisfactory
Product was not in a quality that was satisfactory. When I opened up the pack I immediately spelt a fermented molasses type smell & a taste that matched .. the product was dark brown and visually unpleasant as well. I buy lots of different brands and types of soft dried fruit & took a chance with this particular fruit and brand that I have not tried yet. Not sure if this is what the particular fruit is suppose to taste like, but if so it’s not for me. The cost was not worth my time to return, so I threw them outside for the woodland critters.
