I toast this lightly in a pan with nothing and then add it to pistachio butter for the perfect mix to fill chocolates or top ice cream! It tastes great and is an enough to make a few large batches. I have purchased multiple times and the quality is on point.

I used this Kataifi shredded fillo for a few savory dishes and was really happy with the overall quality. The strands were fresh, separated easily, and baked up beautifully crisp and golden. The texture it adds is fantastic — light, crunchy, and delicate without tasting greasy. Flavor-wise, it’s neutral and clean, which makes it very versatile for both sweet and savory recipes. I used it as a topping and also as a base layer, and it crisped evenly without burning. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the strands were cut shorter than I expected. For certain dishes where I wanted longer strands to wrap or create more dramatic texture, I had to adjust my presentation a bit. It still worked, just not exactly how I originally planned. Overall, it’s a good-quality kataifi that delivers on freshness and crunch. I’d buy it again — just keeping in mind the shorter cut length depending on the recipe.

Dubai style dessert is probably my favorite. I love the texture this gives to any creamy dessert. Most raw kataifi brands are similar and have his particular brand is quite good. IMO, The biggest issues are caused by improper cooking of the kataifi. Not the brand used. I saute in good quality butter, being careful not to over cook. It can get bitter if you over brown the butter. I suggest practice browning a small amount of kataifi and butter just to a light brown. Remove from heat. Heat will continue to carry over so I remove to a cool plate immediately. If it tastes bitter, it’s browning too much.

The kataifi was very good quality and easy to toast, tasted perfect in the Pistachio and kunefa cheesecake. It is also good value for money.

Purchased this for desserts. Good quality. When baked was smelling yummy and tasted so nice with strawberries and Nutella or pistachio sauce. Baking ability was very good. But I did feel was a little expensive.
