This one clearly works much better than other products I have tried in the past. The duration of effectiveness, at least in my home, is about three weeks. Then I have to hit the cats up again. It is likely there are some pernicious flea eggs around. I just treated my cats for the third time. I use flea powder on couches and rugs; and wash blankets. But they still come back. I wish this island had flea bombs. I'll keep at it for a while, and maybe with luck eventually the problem will diminish for good. For now, these work better than all other brands; and seem to have a duration of about three weeks. The cats don't seem to mind. I used one different product in the past, and one of my cats didn't feel very well for about day after treatment.
