I love this brand! It is one of the few that I have found that is both gluten and soy free. I mix it with water only and it tastes great to me! I like to drink it warm

Taste great, immune support, quick mix, no bloating

A lot sweeter than I was expecting. But the flavor isn't bad.

Ive been buying this on subscribe and save for a while and have always loved the flavor. There's a fresh herbal taste from the greens with apple. It does clump at first but after stirring into about 2 or 3 oz water, let it sit about 2 minutes and stir once more clumps are gone. Everything would dissolve nicely, except a few bits that would settle to the bottom. I would usually just add a tad more water to my glass to get the rest of that, so it wouldn't go to waste. It tastes great and more importantly I feel the benefits. More energy which says something. This next part happened In Feb 2023 and I stopped buying for this reason (but they had immediately sent me an email giving me an option for a replacement or a full refund. I didn't see the email until several months later so this review sat here a while without an update). [I just opened a new one I got from my last subscribe and save shipment. It doesn't taste anything like it has before. There's a strange artificial taste. I can't even drink it. Obviously the company had changed the formula and I will be canceling my subscription for this now. Extremely disappointed.] I've since gotten the refund and ended up buyng again, because it's normally great stuff. I haven't tried the new container yet, but plan to update this again if the new container I got is still problematic. I feel like it was probably just a bad batch from the last time, and overall this is a very good company. Definitely recommend!

First of all, why I actually have some degree of knowledge about this type of product: I've studied nutrition since 1984, due to personal health issues - and no longer have those issues. I take various supplements, on a regular basis, and in specific dosage levels, based on what is recommended for my issue(s) - and on what has proven effective. Because of that study, I've learned what components for "green foods" actually work well - and how much difference there is between the various types of ingredients (for instance: time-release Vit C vs. commonly-available Vit C; the actual effective dosage levels, for each PURPOSE for taking Vit C; and how effective bio-flavinoids are, when they're part of the formula). The PROs: This product is composed of a variety of high-quality ingredients (atleast on paper), and supplies a wide range of seldom-provided components in "green food" formulas; for example: the good range of basic probiotics (at a 10 billion CFU level), the list of anti-oxidants includes some of the most powerful types ever found (4000mg of them!), and the powerful digestive enzymes that are included. It's rare that all of these ingredients are included in a single formula - and most of it comes from organically-grown sources! Pretty impressive, actually. This should make a high quality component to a daily smoothie - and there should be no issues with using it on a daily basis (partly due to the fact that it does NOT include dangerous "energy" ingredients - like ginseng, or "immune boosters" - like echinacea). Neither of these should be taken as a daily "preventive" dosage, or for an extended period of time! (Do the research yourself.) The CONS: First, I had to dig into the mix, in order to find the scooper - not good Quality Control, in my opinion. Second, the addition of the "berry" flavoring is hardly noticeable - it might add a small flavor component to a smoothie. But, after mixing the product in water (good luck with that, by the way... more on how it "dissolves", in just a moment), the "berry" flavor is submerged in a flavor of. . . vegetables. I am NOT saying that the formula tastes bad - it just tastes like what it is. This should make a GOOD addition to a smoothie - given the ingredients - which should tend to "submerge" the "vegetable" flavor, while the multiple ingredients should provide a "wider and richer" component to the smoothie's flavor. (I'll update this review, when I've had a chance to try out my theory.) CLUMPING issues: When I tried to mix it directly into water (a full scoop into about 10oz of water), it dissolved a little - but mostly stayed clumped. When I used a fork to try mixing it better, I wasn't very successful. Suggestion #1 - add it slowly into a smoothie that is already a "slurry" of your various ingredients, a little bit at a time - it should mix in very easily that way. Suggestion #2 - try adding it into some kind of juice (again, only a bit at a time - maybe using a small wisk).

Great product with a pleasant flavor! Mine does mix well and it does help with bloating and digestion. I will continue to use!

If you're like me and constantly see the next big thing on TikTok and wonder "Hmm, should I buy that?" you're going to want to read this review. I have no affiliation with this product and simply bought it because a certain greens powder brand was blowing up on TikTok and I wondered if I should be taking greens. These greens have been really good for me. I feel like they have helped with my bloating and digestion. I have noticed a difference in my overall health (hair, skin, stomach, etc.) since I have been taking this supplement. I am now on my second container, so I have been taking this for a while . Something I think everyone should realize prior to buying greens powder, NO GREENS WILL TASTE GOOD! If they say it tastes GOOD, they're lying lol. However, these do not taste bad at all. They have a very earthy taste. I like to use a drink enhancer (such as Mio) and it completely masks the earthy taste and provides a good flavor to the drink. I use a coffee frothing hand mixer to mix mine in water and I have never had an issue with it being clumpy or leaving a weird residue behind. If you are looking for a good greens powder for a good price, I don't think it gets better than this one. I highly recommend this one. Just remember, it isn't going to taste like an icecream sundae or fruit smoothie. If you want it to taste good, you need to either add it to a smoothie or add flavor to it. Hope this helps!

Ive already bought 5 bottles so far and my family has been consuming it for 2 months. The results are good-parents with hypertension have a healthy pressure, frequent swelling of leg previously has not occured and they havent fallen sick ( which they used). It will take time for observable results but I do believe this product is worth it.
