I’ve been using this supplement for several weeks now, and so far, I’ve really liked it. Works great. I've finished my first bottle before I wrote this review. And I ordered my second because I really like it. It's a great value. Very easy to use. I take 2 capsules morning and night. I am perimenopausal so I was dealing with hot flashes, lack of sleep, emotional roller coaster, dry skin and hair, basically all the things that come with it. This product has helped with all of it. I sleep through the night, haven't had a hot flash in a couple of weeks, and can see the improvement in my hair and skin. I haven't had any I'll effects at all. No stomach upset or bad taste. I'll be using this as long as I have to and recommend it to anyone who is going through that time of life.

It works! I haven't had my period for 7 months. I took this for 2 months, and then my period came recently. I had no reactions other than some breakouts for a few weeks. Took supplement at night.
