A little bit about myself, I’ve always had inconsistent periods. Like my whole life, they would come every few months or weeks causing my hormones to mess up badly. Leading me to have nasty hormonal acne. I tried birth control but it didn’t work either. Till my manager recommended me this since her daughter also uses it for her period. Only taken for one month my cycle is pretty regular but varies by a couple days. I also paired with a hormone balance tea and other daily vitamins and it definitely helped with my pms symptoms, like mood swings, anger and bloating. I've felt alot happier and in the mood😉. My cycle came the next month on the same date as my last so it didn't change the date or delay it a plus for me. Minimal cramping and not as heavy and painful. I do plan on taking a Minimal of 3 months with the tea just to see and because most vitamin recommended 3-6 month use before change really happens.

This helped me so much I just ordered by 3rd bottle. I have PCOS. Luckily I do not have the weird cycle timing and my periods are normal (used to be heavy) but my gosh my hormones were awful. I lost 85 lbs and my body has not adjusted and has had a slow time regulating itself and getting used to it. Luteal phase skin so dry it was peeling and cracking, hair growth, mood swings, bloating, and just the worst PMS symptoms I've ever had in my life. It was like my body was turning on me for taking care of it. Short term this supplement improved my mood greatly almost immediately. I've been taking it for 2 months now and finally my skin is starting to show signs of holding up during my rough PMS cycle. My barrier seems more even and protected, less big breakouts. Si cumple con lo especificado para qie sea un buen inositol (40:1) Solo el reetiquetado en español está mal hecho, como si trajera super poquito del valor y en todo el envase fueran los 2000 mg y además llego de un día para otro Sugiero cambiar el etiquetado respetando los valores originales, fuera de eso, excelente producto
