Exactly as described, and I am beyond impressed with this coverlet. It is 100% cotton, it has a subtle design, lovely scalloped edges and is soft to touch. I just finished washing and drying it, and it's perfect! It has a good weight and a generous size to cover my king-size bed. This would have cost me an easy $300 at the mall.

Lovely set! Color and fabric are very attractive and nice medium weight for keeping warm. Love the extra large queen size. At last I’ve found a bedspread that fits my bed perfectly!

Great materials. Quilt is soft and wrinkle resistant. Washed on gentle cycle cold water right out of packaging and it dried beautifully in the dryer. There is actually stitching and beautifully done. I found the thickness to be that of most light weight quilts without batting, which isn’t uncommon for handmade quilts here in the south. Very pleased with this especially for the price.

This was purchased for a full size bed. Although advertised as Queen/Full, and listed in the purchase record as Queen, it is really more a coverlet for a full-size bed. It is at least a foot shorter on the sides than the picture portrays, which is a silly and misleading thing to advertise. On the full-size bed, I'm going to have to put some sort of skirt because the sides just do not come down far enough to cover the box spring. (The mattress is deep, though, so that might shorten this somewhat.) It is NOT lightweight at all, but a nice weight for cold weather, as a blanket or extra. And I like the weight as it looks substantial as a bedspread. One to always prewash items before use, I did so with this set and don't think it had any shrinkage (I had tried it on the bed beforehand, and it looked pretty much the same to me before and after.) I took it out of the dryer right away, and there was little wrinkling around the edges, particularly the shams. But they flattened quickly. The quality seems nice, other than the backs of the shams, which are thin fabric and don't look like they'll hold up in too many washings. It's hard to find a 100%-cotton coverlet, so I was excited to locate this AND like its appearance. However, if I hadn't had credit I was applying, I don't think I would have wanted to spend the full price on this. Bottom line, though, is that I'm pretty happy with it and am hoping it'll hold up for many years, through lots of laundering.

This is a beautiful quilt. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It is a soft white and pairs well with the creams and whites in my guest room. I first purchased this quilt in ivory. It was beautiful, but didn't quite work in the space, so I returned and purchased the white. I would not hesitate to recommend either color; they are both lovely. The stitching and scalloped edges give this quilt a romantic look, that could work with an antique, cottage, farmhouse, or French esthetic. It is relatively light weight, but can be part of a layered bed if you run cold. It is also all cotton, which is a must for me for breathability. The package said it was pre-washed, and it arrived with no packaging odor, but I popped it through the laundry anyway. It washed and dried beautifully with no need to steam or iron to get rid of wrinkles. This was a great buy!

Wonderfully made with perfect stitching all around. I especially love the scalloped border. I got the off white, which is perfect for my bedroom. I put printed pillow shams and a matching coverlet at the end of the bed to give it a different look. The fit is great since I got the oversize queen bed quilt. It's soft, but not too soft and not too thick so I will probably be using it all year long. As for the wrinkles . . . there are none since the quilting is so finely stitchedl

This is a beautiful cotton quilt. I have bought several Laura Ashley in past and the quality is just as good and the price was even better! i searched high and low for a plain ivory coverlet and this was the absolute best price. It is also very wide so if you don't have a frame to tuck into it will more than cover the mattress with room to spare
